I bought a distiller and run the distilled water through activated coconut charcoal, the water is a perfect PH Balance. It runs on electric and the cost per gallon of water is about 10 cents. My dentist put me on high concentrate fluoride toothpaste and mouth wash a couple of years ago to prevent staining and cavities, which immediately resulted in bad headaches. Thank you for posting this. I researched this in the 90's when teeth mottling was becoming publicized. At that time a water quality law had been passed and it forced city/county to face the issue of flouride, because they had discovered a high amount of flouride in the agricultural run off(fertilizer+pesticides). The process to remove flouride(reverse osmosis)was so high they elected to allow it into the drinking water. Research this subject for yourselves, and share info. with everyone. Thanks!
