  • @xyz32143 This is a Video for more advanced students. Please check my channel for our Yoga Beginners Classes. Otherwise, you usually practice these Lotus flexibility exercises 5-10 minutes. In General, you can practice Yoga any length of time between 10 minutes and 2 hours.
