  • best part is when he shoots ringo in the head then taunts him as he dies.."poor soul, you were just too high strung."

  • greatest actor ever.Kilmer is the best.this movieis the best.

  • doc holiday was by far my favorite character in this movie!

  • Val Kilmer is Doc Holliday....such a good actor...he was the same in"Heat"

  • I'm your huckleberry

  • historical innaccuracies? who gives a shit i just wanna see doc and wyatt kill some bitches

  • " I was in Love once, it was my first cousin." LOL

  • INDEED SIR.... THE LAST CHARGE OF WYATT EARP AND HIS IMMORTALS!!!

  • @um1983danny I love that line.

  • Everyone moaning about historical inaccuracies. You do realise this is a piece of media for ENTERTAINMENT purposes and not a documentary. Furthermore it's BASED on a true story, not an actual viewing of the past you bloody cry babys! End rant

  • I'm here Huckleberry!

  • C'mon...C'mon.....Poor soul. He was just too high strung.

  • god there is so much crap here it is sickening, while i agree this movie was very good, there is just so much inaccurate crap, doc did not kill Ringo , he was in court in Colorado during Ringos death, doc and wyatt had a falling out weeks before and never saw each other again, wyatt did not know doc had died for weeks after, also come on wyatt earp pissed all over the law, he led an execution squad, something everyone seems to applaud, yeah who needs warrants lets just kill em

  • @MAnnaconduit1 yeah it's called Hollywood, believe me, when you look up many "So Called," true stories for more info. You discover that most of the time these films have been altered. To name a few U-571 (USA did not capture a U-Boat till late June 1944 not 1941), Rudy (The head coach did in-fact came up with the idea that he can play not disagreeing), Young Victoria (Prince Albert took a flesh wound, but didn't got hit on the arm), all for Hollywood & sales.

  • @MAnnaconduit1 That is why when you watch a film with no expectation of knowing what you already know. Why? because like me, after reading "Return of the King form Lord of the Rings," and watching the film I hated every minute of it. So i wasted the 6 bucks or 9 i paid that night, so enjoy it as the Director's adaptation. Just In case I do hear you, and I don't blame you why you dislike the dis-honesty just hoping that my chat has helped.

  • @MAnnaconduit1 The movie is about the LEGEND of Wyatt Earp and his Vendetta Ride. It's not a documentary. It's an exercise in mythology just like Beowulf or King Arthur. The fact that such legends are unlikely to be true doesn't make them any less of great stories, stories that tell us something about how we want to see ourselves as being.

Besides, to borrow a line from another great western movie, "This is the West, sir. When the legend becomes fact, print the legend!"

  • Wyatt: What makes a man like Ringo Doc, makes him do the things he does?

Doc: A man like Ringo has a great empty hole right through the middle of him.

He can never kill enough or steal enough or inflict enough pain to ever fill it.

    Wyatt: What does he need?

    Doc: Revenge.

    Wyatt: For What?

    Doc: Being born.

  • "Thanks for always being there Doc" :'(

  • man this sucks i realy like Doc holiday its such a shame that he died in real life

  • @animenut23 We ALL eventually die in "real life" and this movie is set roughly 130 years ago. Even without having TB I doubt that Doc would still be kicking today. Of course, the fact that he was slowly dying is likely part of why he was so fearless -- hard to fear getting shot when you already have a terminal disease.

  • doc holiday said fuck that im killing this mother fucker. hell ya

  • "Poor soul...u was just to high strung..lmao "

  • Not to mention, the scene where Ike tears off his sash while being pursued by the posse is the most epic thing of all time!

  • Val Kilmer is brilliant in this.

  • say when.....bang!,you were just too high strung,am afraid the strain was more than he could bear....

  • Ringo was actually scared in this scene......He knew Doc was a much better pistoleer....

  • greatest wild west movie ever

  • Your no daisy. Your no daisy at all.

  • Oscar time for val Kilmer for this film !!!!!!!!!

  • can someone help me out here? what is doc´s catchphrase? sumthn with "im your huckabear (??)"

  • @lobster9207 it means "I'm the perfect man for the job"; the original expression is "I'm the huckleberry to your persimmon", meaning essentially "I'm better than you".

  • @lobster9207 ...the one guy was trying to get earp to fight, but he wouldn't, so doc, always ready for a fight, steps up and say's "I'M here, huckleberry "just like you'd call someone JETHRO, or HAYSEED.

he say's it again when earp wasn't there to fight at the end..."I'M here, Huckleberry "

  • well we know that Johnny Ringo wasn't a Daisy.

  • Wow, 6 people like the Kevin Costner variant better. Never thought that there were so many KC fans.

  • Im your huckleberry. Doc Holiday FTW

  • to this day i dont get the signifigance of Doc putting the badge on Johnny Ringo, any ideas?

  • @CoffeeAndCigarettez

Doc says as Wyatt picks up the badge "My hypocrisy goes only so far."

  • @CoffeeAndCigarettez it was to give wyatt earp the credit or make out wyatt killed him

  • @CoffeeAndCigarettez It was probably Warren's badge. For revenge?

  • ALLSTAR CAST

  • I can't believe Ike doesn't die in this movie.

  • 6 people were cowboy fans ba-dum tss

  • "You're no daisy! You're no daisy at all!"

  • doc perfect

  • im afraid the strain was more then he could bear...haha

  • "I'm your huckleberry"

  • * Doc lays down his newly received badge*

" My hypocrisy goes only so far." :D

    I love Doc.

  • through this entire movie, doc was my hero the moment i saw him

  • Yeah, that's me. Captain fucking obvious.

  • That last scene with Doc and Wyatt fuckin' kills me every time...

  • Doc was faster than Johnny...

  • @CitySkin09 Captain Obvious strikes again!

  • This Kurt Russell's best movie EVER!!

  • i love with his first cousin?? fuck he really was a sick man!! lol

  • @nosebuzz, first cousins legitimately married all the time before the 20th century.

  • @crazycelt89 iam joking,, who gives a fuck what first cousins did b4 the 20th century,, iam just saying that because hes on his death bed!!

  • there a bit close together,, fucksake bayonettes would have done them,

  • Doc's Awesome

  • 01:03 - "HEADSHOT!!!" Yeah I know, you guys really hate this expression! But this bad guy really deserve it, god damn it! Sorry about that guys. lol

  • Val Kilmer's best: 1. Jim Morrison. 2: ''Doc Holliday'': Enough said.

  • I never really liked western movies until this one. This movie was incredible.

  • I dont understand why Doc says "I'll be damned, this is funny" at the end. Is it insinuating he saw God? I really cant think of anything else because all it shows it his feet and then he dies.

  • @medcsu Proberbly that he couldn't feel his feets and knowing that he was going to die , I think :P

  • @medcsu In real life, Doc is supposed to have said 'I'll be damned.' Some people felt he said that because he didn't die in a gun fight. Others said it's because he died with his boots off. I've read that in a few books.

  • @medcsu

Doc pledged that he would die with his boots on, meaning while in a gunfight.

He said "This is funny" because he ended up dying WITHOUT his boots on.

  • @XiloveKoRnX Or any shoes ... barefoot.

  • "Unforgiven" is the best western ever made.... the last 5 minutes of the movie was pure gold

  • I'm your Huckleberry

  • thats the thing about doc everyone thought he was 2 sick 2 do n e thing so they didnt even waist their time trying 2 fight him till the end and he showed that he can still fight till the very end of his life..................

  • wyatt earp is the four horsemen of the revelation

  • DOC was so cool through the entire movie. It appears to me that he wanted to die in a "gun fight" not in a santarium. He even holstered his gun after shooting Ringo, I believe he wanted Ringo to finish him, with his illness and all...go down a bad azz.

  • wait i thought Ringo was gonna travel to the 1980s and save Sarah Connor. is this the right movie?

  • @fishordie2 Naw, he traveled into the future and went into SEAL training, then told Charlie Sheen to piss off.

  • IKE IS SUCH A FUKING PUSSY !!!

  • C'omon Ringo! C'omon use the one good side of your brain you have left!! hahaha :D

  • I remember my dad loving the classic western The Good, The Bad and,The Ugly. Tombstone is the classic from my era. Hands down best western I've ever seen. Val Kilmer was sensational, should've won an academy award. The only western that comes close to this level in recent times is 3:10 to Yuma w/Crowe and Bale

  • @wordsmith681 Tombstone is a western from my era (I'm 21) but The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly was the first western i ever saw (when i was 6) and will always be my favorite. but i will say Tombstone is a great one and the new 3:10 to Yuma is better than the black and white one.

  • Ringo is SCARED when he see Doc. He KNOWS that's his grimreaper...

  • "Im afraid the strain was more than he could bear"

What an awesome statement to seal his victory

  • The only true fact about Doc's death in this scene were his last words. When he died, there were a few people at his side. (Earp wasn't there). He was sipping on whisky and his final words were "Ill be damned. I never thought Id die with my boots off."

  • 5 Cowboys didn't like Ringo buying it.

  • Doc's style of drawing the gun is at an advantage but have to be super accurate.

  • I don't know who is cooler doc or wyatt !

  • Screw that! I would've shot Ike Clanton right off his horse. Did we forget the whole O.K. Coral fiasco there, Wyatt?

  • Ike is such a pussy

  • "Allright, let's finish it."

"Indeed sir. The last charge of Wyatt Earp and his immortals."

    Epic. Most Awesome Lines Ever!!!!

  • @RebelGuy95 Nah, she stayed I reckon, have to ask Daddy Wyatt boss man sir!!! I am only doc, sir!! :)

  • @RebelGuy95 Wyatt's wife- Mattie overdosed shortly after he left. I don't know about Doc's girl- Kate. She probably went her own way.

  • 'tis the best part of the movie I never get tired of watching..

  • Kilmer should have won something for this role... f... the academy...

  • 03:12 to 03:14. Sherman McMasters(Michael Rooker) is alive after being killed.

  • Manly tears .....7:45

    .there is only life.....

  • 2:53 Doc Holliday quikscope

  • 5 people should've been lying in Hollidays deathbed, not holliday.

  • Real acting right there.

  • @2112murphy maybe 5 or 6 lol

  • I'm dyin, you?

    Pretty much the same.

    :D

  • 299 people are now gonna grow mustaches!

  • Justice is relative

  • When Doc says, "This is funny", he always thought he would die with his boots on (being shot down), because all his years in the Wild West. But instead, he died with his boots on.

  • awesome!

  • Gangs, rapist, pedophiles U r absolutely right!

  • Doc was in jail when Ringo was killed.

  • "there's no normal life, wyyat, there's just life. now get on with it..."

  • Doc died in Hotel Colorado, not in Glenwood Sanitorium

  • shit....doc is fast...jesus.....haha

  • @flohthemachine

True. He was fast, but actually a terrible shooter.

  • 4 people are no daisys at all

  • @blacktout42069803

Lol you motherfucker. Right when I clicked on this part and saw the four dislikes I was going to say "4 People ain't no daisies at all". You won this time Blackout =P.

  • @ThatUJohnWayne Lol isn't that a daisy

  • Rockstar games should directly port this movie into red dead redemption so you can play out every gunfight as kilmer and russell. THis has to be the most bad ass movie I have ever seen!

  • @crooney82 in call of juarez BIB you can re act the OK CORRAL in multiplayer

  • @crooney82 I suggest you another great movie: "The Quick and the Dead" (1995) with Sharon Stone, Leonardo DiCaprio AND... and the greatest actors ever: Mr. Russell Crowe and Mr.Gene Hackman!

  • YO DOC WAS FAST AS HELL RINGO AINT STAND A CHANCE...

  • anybody else cry when you last see Doc?

  • I gotta say, the chemistry between Wyatt and Josephine was actually really touching. The looks they give says it all some of the time, like when they see each other after the OK Corral. And at the end, when Wyatt finally gets up the courage to speak his heart to her, it's nice to see they historically lived together for the rest of their lives.

  • He died before he got to read the biography about him, what a drag!

  • Has anyone else wondered where Big Nose Kate has been the past couple Parts or is it just me?

  • @ShivecianMagnet

I heard she was historically the last person to see Doc before he died, though I could be mistaken.

  • @ShivecianMagnet I'm not sure if it's in this upload, but in the Director's Cut, they added a scene showing Doc leaving Big Nose Kate because ppl asked the same question you did.

  • @ShivecianMagnet Historically speaking, she never actually lived in Tombstone with Doc, she would go visit him from another city in Arizona where she ran a Bar/Brothal.

  • Personally, I felt that Doc Holliday knew that Ringo was a bit complacent because he thought he was going face Earp. But he saw Doc, he shocked him enuf that it got an edge over Ringo.

I also liked the way Doc spun his gun after he shot Ringo. Just one spin, not too flashy, almost like it was 2nd nature to him.

  • did anyone else catch that doc holiday was the rider on a pale horse foreshadowed at the beginning of the movie?

  • @TENMILLIONBABIES YEAH LOL RINGO DECIFERED WHAT ..THE MEXICAN HOLYMANS SAYINGS THAT DEATH WAS ON THE WAY AND WHAT HE WAS GONNA BE RIDING....DID U HEAR WHEN ERP....SAID TELL 'EM I'M COMING AND HELL'S COMING WITH ME ???? LOL ....DOC WAS THE PALE RIDER AND ERP SAID WHAT THE HOLYMAN SAID WAS COMING.

  • The fact that Mr.Holiday could shoot Ringo first, from the hip,one handed, with a cigarette in his other hand, and the fact that he dying. Amazes me more then anything

  • RIP johnathan henry holliday

  • "How are you doing today?"

    "I'm dying how are you?"

    Funny but sad

  • "Im afraid the ,strain wasmore than he could bear"

...most epic line in all of mankind!

  • @SPIKEYQWERTY yea pretty much every line he said in this movie ewas

  • Completely agree ccrich100 this kilmers finest perfomance & should have been recognised at the very least for an oscar nomination.

  • @bibbleblab11 agreed... the academy is a joke.

  • I cry every time doc dies. It is so sad how he dies right after wyatt leaves. Val did a great job on doc. No other actor could have played him

  • theres no normal life just life now get on with it

  • I love how Doc got up out of his death bed to go deal with Ringo. now that's will power. He knew He was faster than Ringo, but Wyatt wasn't..

Doc made sure He dealt with that, and He made sure he was there for his best friend Wyatt..

Sad how he passed away at the end though. that part always gets me. : (

  • This movie would have handled things a lot better if it skipped the Johnny Ringo subplot, kept the Vengeance Ride down to a single montage and then leapt to Doc Holliday's death scene. It would have kept the emotional poignancy of loss without the tiresome riding-shooting-riding-gunfight-riding-shooting scenes of the last 20 minutes.

  • @CoryTheRaven : Agreed. It had me going for about the first hour, then slid into toxic-wastedom.

  • Interesting in the scene where Doc Holiday was drunk, Johnny Ringo showed no fear of him. And likewise, in the scene where Ringo was drunk and Holiday was sober, Ringo still showed no fear. But when they were both sober, then you see the fear in Ringo's eyes. Amazing what alcohol can do for a person's sense of well being. I realize that this is only a movie, but en vino (there is not always) veritas. Sometimes you really need to be sober to see the danger you are in.

  • Poor soul. He was just high strung.

  • I have to admit that the first time I saw this movie, Doc Holliday's death really moved me. What makes this scene so poignant is that the roles are reversed; instead of Earp inspiring Doc, it is Doc who inspires Earp to find new reason to live even after he has lost so much and is forlorn. In my opinion, the movie really didn't grasp the significance of Bill Paxton's death like it did with Kilmer's.

  • without doubt the finest performaces of Kimer & russell's careers

  • "Indeed, sir. The last charge of Wyatt Earp and his Immortals."

  • What am Doc then shot at the horse because he sees? He ended up not simply a deathbed!

  • I'M YOUR HUCKLEBERRY

  • He played a pretty damn good Batman after doing this movie.

  • I've seen Gary Cooper gun down Burt Lancaster and Randolph Scott outdraw Lee Marvin but this has to be my favorite classic gunfight!

  • Doc Hollidays a BEAST!!!

  • Wyatt Erpp & The Immortals!

  • this is what the law should do to current gangs in America

  • @lookagain77 Well I agree with you, but the fact is that, there are no more honorable men, just some pencil pushers and men who are hunting for a better chair in the office.

  • @lookagain77 your fucking stupid there are way more gang bangers then cops well at least in my city so fuck the police i would like to see them try to do that we'll fucking kill those motherfuckers

  • @grunpy13 fuck cops, I'm talking about using our military idiot

  • i bet you arent even a gangster stop pretending faggot

  • @lookagain77 I'd sign up for it. Who's going to miss a few pieces of shit anyway? I sure won't

  • @lookagain77 yeap! shoot first and ask questions later. cops in these days are bunch of wuss and cowards and incompetent. no wonder they can't catch the bad guys.

  • @lookagain77 Agreed

Expecting justice from our laws or the laws of any nation on earth is a fool's errand. "It ain't gonna happen." The only justice that happens is when laws are not involved. You can obtain justice on a small village level, maybe, but no where else in the world is it likely. Under most systems of laws it is not even an objective.

  • @lookagain77 yeah, the world would be a better place if there was an entire law enforcement consisting of a bunch of Wyatt's and Doc's.

  • @lookagain77 Yup dead cholos everywhere would be a glorious sight....glorious.

  • @lookagain77

you end up with Chicago in the 1930's.

  • @lookagain77 heard that!

  • THE 2 FAGS WHO THUMBED THIS VIDEO DOWN SHOULD BE EXECUTED BY WYATT AND DOC!!

  • @nickochosiete indeed sir!

  • @nickochosiete now there are 3 fags, wtf

  • @nickochosiete now it's four fags

  • @nickochosiete Why don't you nut up and come do it?

  • @nickochosiete Comments like these only egg them on. We all know they're liking this movie as much as any of us, why else would they be on the 12th part?

  • @nickochosiete That can be arranged, I am the doctor holiday sir!!!

  • @rex90986 -- Go pee on yourself.
