loved it when i first heard it in the late 90's when in the u.k after it had flopped in the u.k. in the 1980's (peaked at no.62 in 1982) - but was surprised it had gained so much popularity recently - now its played/sung to death by everybody from rock bands to school choirs. i have to say that steve perry was good, but he's no longer with journey. obviously they couldn't work out their issues. at least we can still listen to them through a new equally as good singer. arnel's story really does represent the song. why all the hate? they are both good. in a world with so much anger and hatred, why do we have to argue over a whose a better singer than who. just listen and enjoy.

Arnel Pineda is Philipino, not Korean. Augeri is a rockin' singer, too. Journey will always be with Perry, as Van Halen will always be with David Lee Roth.
