I believe you can use a Hex editor.

Let me explain something, MY COMPUTER IS SHIT AND SLOW! I'm usually a really good gamer but I also had another program running, FRAPS. It isn't ver easy to see when the thing gets all clipping. Besides, the quality is because the version of Fraps is like 1.2 or something... that's LOW. So that's why the quality is bad.

Whatever. I want to try and hack some otehr things then the skins but I don't know how. Do you know how to hack the character models, the level layout (items and the way it has things placed) and how to hack into characters so that they would be able to float/whatever like Super Sonic (I mean like for one of my characters Blaze the Hedgehog(Pyro), I want him to fly like Super Sonic but have flames coming from below him.

How could it be the same? I created both in the same night. Sonic Ultima is NOTHING like Super Metal Sonic and Mecha Hyper Tails is for sure nothing like Super Metal Tails, they might not even exist.
