Good video. I agree with other posters who have noted Dr. Fukino's statement was carefully and deliberately worded to imply something not actually true. This is called misrepresentation when using polite legal euphemisms. My mother just called it lying.

Hawaii Statute 338-17.8 allows registration of birth in Hawaii for a child that was born outside of Hawaii to parents who, for a year preceding the childs birth, claimed Hawaii as their place of residence. The parents would be issued a Certification of Live Birth, which is what Obama has shown us. He has never shown us a hospital generated birth certificate because I do not believe he has one to show us.

The Law of Nations, Vattel 1758, Book 1, chapter 19, paragraph 212- It was the legal reference book that was used by the founders of our nation and those wrote the Constitution. It is still in use today. The concept is also intended in the 14th Amendment, for the only way one could be born, solely under the jurisdiction of the United States, is to be born to 2 US citizen parents. Prior to the 20th century, Dual citizenship was never allowed.
