silly suits like these do not belong in our judicial system! So i guess if she had a baby and she dropped it into the fountain while texting and the baby died she could sue the security guards also? Thats like a teenager stealing from a store and blaming 1 of her parents by saying they said to do it. When are people going to be responsible for their own actions. I didn't see a sign that said watch out for people texting. This if anything should be a wake up call as to how dangerous texting is!!!

She's suing the mall because nobody "came to her rescue" and the security guard who originally recorded on his phone and put it on YouTube was fired from his job. As if it matters, but when asked, she said she was texting about a church function, and she has multiple criminal records and supposedly she's broke. People these days...

I heard on the news that she wants to SUE the mall!! She says she could have been really hurt! Duh!! I hope that someone LOL at her & tells her to watch where she is walking. How stupid can a person be? Oh, she is already in trouble because she stole a friends credit card & has put about $5,000.00 on it! Someone get this girl a new life!!

I am 57 and remember when people talked, loved, screwed, and got involved with each other. Since then I am the only person I know who refuses to have a cell phone, does not text, rext, or sext, or shemext, so this is the funniest thing in the world to me.
