  • If someone worked only one month in a year and earned over $5000 in one month under the twp is that considered SGA?

  • Is it considered a twp month if you didn't earn past the cola amount?? For example if in 2009 the cola amount was $720 a month and someone earned $715 one month... Is that considered a month under the twp?

  • mr. reeves, you explained that a lot better than what i tried to read at the ss website. god bless you.

  • Thank you, Mr. Anthony Reeves, Esq., for such an informative clip!

  • These video's are very informative!

  • He also believed he needed to go to school, which is also said could effect his SSDI. His meds and diet have probably resulted in his now type 1 Diabetes and now blood clot blood thinners. He has been denied medicaid supposedly because he receives too much SSDI, which is around 900.00. Two years to wait for medicare is wrong and contributed to his health issues. Assisted housing should also be responsible for preventive care for these people. The caregiver asks them to get food at food pantries,

  • @aleon1018 Sad story, but these situations are all-so-true! "Thumbs up"!

  • My oldest son has been on disability and was threatened by the agency that consolidated his debts, he believed these threats and was working part time to pay them off. The debt ended up being twice what he originally owed and they told him they would charge 6% a day if he didn't pay them a certain amount. People on SSDI supposedly have rights that exclude these types of debts. He currently lives in assisted housing which takes around 80% of his check. His working could have lost him his SSDI

  • @aleon1018 Again, sad situation--but these unfortunate circumstances--and others-- happen all too commonly! Thanks for sharing!

  • @Doggoneit1999 Thanks for sharing! These government programs are trying to get people off the rolls--with eventually no access to healthcare---then everything goes downhill!
