@mike47VL Americans never thought Russians want war (not to the extent Russian people think), it was just Russian Government that wanted Russian people to think someone wants to attack Russia. To justify military expenses. Don't explode: other governments (pushed by military basically) do the same to one extent or another. Russians in my observation are just more trusting to their government, people in other countries are on average more skeptic about their governments.
