hahahahaa, environmental rights are civil rights! First, is she claiming that the environment has no rights? And that these "rights" are comparible to the slavery, and the black peoples' struggle?
That's an old trick - equate something completely unrelated to a noble thing like "civil rights" and who will go against it? Only simple minds are fooled by such huxsterism.
Yeah, actually the NRA is based on an actual right that is enumerated in the Constitution, not an invented one like this video ridiculously asserts. Now, the NRA may very well pervert the 2nd Amendment in their enthusiasm, but that's another argument. It's just sad that so many Americans are clueless about what a "right" actually is. So many groups have created phony things like "environmental rights are civil rights" - it's no wonder the populace is mostly ignorant.
I totally agree! Tho that same constitution also says that "Every man has the right to induce his body whit every substance he would want to"
Does that make all drugs legal. Yes it does! Drugs are legal in the USA but to get around that in the early 70´s the government made a law saying that you have to have a permissionstamp to own drugs. Those stamps where than made illegal :D

The ENVIRONMENT? Blasphemous heresy! Good CHRISTIANS should not care about nature, but rather multiply and be fruitful. Any dirt will be washed away by the next Great Deluge, and what does the Ozone Layer matter when the RAPTURE comes! In the name of our LORD BUSH, do not listen to the words of these enviro-blasphemers!
@flizingro I'm not buying it — too obvious. That post alone is already proof that you're merely a troll. You know you don't believe in that bullshit; you just want attention. If you want to sound the least bit convincing, I suggest you avoid the overused evangelical terminology ('rapture', 'blasphemy', 'heresy', etcetera).
Screw this environmental movement, I'm starting a common sense movement. I don't know how big of a movement it could become though, it's not as trendy or marketable.
NEED FOR GOD? Obviously someone doesn't have children and certainly doesn't want anyone else's to fare well... It's far too much responsibility to have to claim responsibility when you can be cynical about God or deny the reality. Unfortunately You Tube doesn't actually promote videos against Climate Change and Sundance is VERY VERY VERY LATE at getting on task!
It seems to me that folks treat this issue like they would a religion. Earth becomes their god. They worship it, love it, sacrifice for it, etc. I like the earth and believe we should have respect of the environment, but it's not my god.
environmentalism = communism. (period)

Hah yeah. In fact that is the whole foundation for the NRA. Tho that still does not make this any less of an important case in my eyes!

Some people can't understand why anyone would do anything without religion and thus all things they see are viewed in this light.
