the only reason people think that the 360 has a bad fail rate is because of how many people have them. Yes, they do fail more often. But the percentage of failed xbox's is smaller because of how many they sell. Xbox sell 3-4 times more than PS3

No the 360 has about a 48-51% failure rate as a whole though i think it has gotten a it better with the new models. ps3 has an 11% failure rate. But here's where your argument is invalid, the wii which has sold more then the 360 and ps3 combined ( i believe) has only a 3-4 % failure rate. for a console the 360s hardware reliability is pathetic in comparison to all other major gaming platforms. the ps3 isn't that great either.
