Thank god this dam is stopping this plastic for joining the mess in the Pacific that is the plastic ocean.I hope the Chinese used steel and concrete from some other country.

Unfortunately it does not stop all of it nor does it keep cooking grease, motor oil, toxic waste, industrial run-off and so on.

Remember that it is the World's problem not just the offending country and it's people.
