Just think about eating fruits. What do you think is more healhthy, raw apples or cooked apples.. When you cook and boil food, it destroys like 70% of the nutrients and you are left with only 30%.. Now i'm not promoting eating raw meat or anything but those are the facts. Things like sushi is very good for u actually!
