I have been training for two days and I don't use my hands so that when people think that it is air currents I will prove them wrong! And also...isn't sleeping considered medatating?
I could do this on my first day and I just put my hand near it. It was even under a jar!! Just believe it will work, concentrate, and ask it to move. I also think making a 'energy binder' with the object helps. This is imagining a string between your finger and the object, and move the STRING not the object. The psi wheel should move.
I didn't meditate at all during the first couple of weeks of training, and I still got got results. However, now I try to meditate nearly every day, first thing in the morning when I wake up.
@lucky7dragon what training did you do?? This is my Second day but, it seems ....not too sure, I tried to move it in the Morning it works (luck i guess) but after a while it stop......or is it have limits.....please i really need a head start on this......
Thanks for your positivity Elemental135. Excellent to hear you are training in TK too. Try to practice every day, and you will see some good results soon.
tbh and this is my opinion so dont send hate messages to me but i dont think telekinesis is real. i think that there is a trick to all things like this.
Okay, here's the deal. Everybody is born with psychokinesis. The reason we don't develop this ability when young is because we are all brainwashed to believe that modern science is 100% fact and that it shouldn't be questioned. Our education system suppresses our natural PK abilities in an effort to control & dumb down the population.
I am in my 9th week of training now, and I think I'm making good progress. This is not an easy path. It takes much dedication & discipline. Respect to you.
Yes, within the next few years, I intend to learn how to levitate very light objects, such as a piece of tinfoil or paper. (Ultimately I desire to levitate my own body). I will learn how to create fire, extingush a candle flame, move a ping-pong ball. These are just some of my goals for the next few years. Since I do not have access to John Chang's system of training (Nei-kung), I will have to learn everything on my own. I am under no illusions & I'm aware that this will take years of training.
Hi 805MesaRat. Great to hear you're just beginning training with the psi wheel. That's a great question, but putting an answer in words isn't easy. ^_^
For me, to get into the right frame of mind, I just kind of flick a switch in my mind, and I switch over into TK mode instantly. I make sure my body is relaxed, but not too relaxed that I might fall asleep. I make sure my mind & and my facial muscles are relaxed & peaceful. I have NO doubts in my mind. I never command the psi wheel to move....
...but I just hold an image in the back of my mind of the psi wheel spinning, so that my subconcious knows what I want. There should be no physical force, for example, tensing the muscles, or straining your brain. It should just be a natural flowing process. Don't stare hard at the psi wheel. Relax your eyes. One thing I always do is convey a friendly feeling to psi wheel. I'm working on a technique where I'm trying to access a new reality, where TK is normal & natural. Respect to you 805MesaRat
WOW, you think like me. this is so cool, I think we should work together. here is another tip, you can lock onto that sensation that you aura projects then it is easier to keep onto that frame of mind because you are remember and recreating a physical sensation.... or spiritual, I dont really know. but it grounds you to that reference point.
Ah, yes, I know exactly what you're talking about. As soon as I get the psi wheel rotating, I lock into the 'frequency' and focus on the 'sensation', as you call it. Yeah, it's just like a mind-muscle connection (or mind-spirit connection), the more you train & practice, the faster you can 'click' into the right mind frame.
Today I started working on PUSH/PULL forces. It involves a different kind of energy technique than the psi wheel.
Hope to see another TK video from you soon my friend.
Yes. I always keep my eyes open, but sometimes I don't look directly at the psi wheel, but I always keep it in my vision. I'm still practicing every day. I feel I am getting better very slowly, but I still have some days where the psi wheel hardly moves at all. I think I need to mix up my training by trying to move other objects too, so I can gain strength. Hope to post another video soon. ^_^
If that is the case, then how do you explain the durations of time in this video where the psi wheel remains moitionless? I have practiced for many many hours. 90% of the time the psi wheel does not move at all. It only moves when I get in the right frame of mind. The heat generated from the hands is really not sufficient to generate movement from the psi wheel. Any other serious psychokinesis practitioner will tell you the same thing. Thanks for your comment anyway. ^_^

This is no trick. This is 100% pure mind energy in action.

I wanted to ask if you have any long-term goals for kinds of objects to move? If so, comment back and let me know.
