not bad. but lets face it.. she goalkeeper could have put her sports bag in the goal, smith wouldnt have scored. it was just a stupid error by the russian goalkeeper. she even touched the ball when smith shot. behringer scored against england in the final and it was way better although rachel brown shouldnt have stood there either. so.. this is not the best goal, sorry

this was really good, but still not the BEST goal.. it was an unforced error by the goal keeper, smith just took advantage of it. plus, i ve seen way better goals.. the german team shot 50 better goals in 5 euro cups.

Nah! not as good as germany's goal in the euro final today! not sure which player it was... but it was from further out, and hit with much more power. Straight in the top corner. Keeper had no chance!

They were lucky to aviod the top teams like Italy, Sweden or Norway in the elimination rounds.

But all theses were not as strong as Germany, and the result is a final in which England did not hide, but was outclassed by a great team.

Funny, isn't it. When Beckham saw Segers off his line at Selhurst Park in 1996, it was hailed as a great goal, yet when Kelly Smith does something similar, even though it wasn't as far out, the goalie gets blamed.

Don't compare the two, Beckhams was inch perfect while this one was a lucky punt. The keeper really should have done better on that one where as Sullivan could do nothing to prevent the beckham goal
