I just installed the Android application yesterday. It's very useful, the only thing I would suggest is allowing us to add food items like on the website.
@KSMSDRPEPPER It's our Monthly Tracking Calendar, available in the SparkPeople Store.I love that thing. I use it every single day. The one pictured in the video is my actual calendar! :-)

So true! If you're honest with yourself and write down what you're really eating, it's easy to see where your improvements are needed.
