I would love it if Cane forced Chloe to remain married to him just so he can keep custody of the baby. He has a reason to truly hate her because of her lies but it would be awesome if he couldn't help but fall in lover with her!!!
what do the writers want us to believe? A person can screw with someone else's life and when they get what they want to wounded party is suppose to suck it up and go on about their business while the deciever waltzs into the sunset to live happily ever after. I want revenge! I want Choloe to pay and pay big time. I want to see fear in her eyes, i want her to walk the floor at night, i want her to sweat blood!! And then if she survives, let the redemption began.

This is a soap so of course he could get custody. People say this is a repeat of Danny vs Phyllis over custody of Daniel. Danny was not the biology father but got custody of Daniel from Phyllis. I think Cane may get custody if only temporarily. But I think it will destroy Billy and Chloe as individuals and take them in a bad direction for a bit of time over losing their baby. I think the comment a children are what holds a family together, it that losing Delia will rip Chloe and Billy apart.
But how will Cane and Chloe raise a child together after what she pulled? He hates Chloe and his brother, so how can he continuously control those negative emotions while around the child and mother. I think Cane should focus on healing and finding his own poor kidnapped 80 yr. old Grandma who could really use some family right now!
I believe that Chloe and Billy will pay, because what goes around... come around. However, I wish Cane wasn't trying to bring down the hammer this way. If Cane's the father then that means Chloe is in his life forever. He might as well have a baby by Shelia Carter. Pure hell.

The problem is Chloe refused to stay out of Cane's life! Now, she just wants to say "See Ya!" now that Billy is finally ,and I do mean finally paying her some attention. I think Chloe is about to do some growing up. That is what happens when you are made to pay/suffer for your transgressions. Hopefully, in the end, she will end up with her baby without Cane's interference.
