I want to tie those people outside and forget about them! And to all those people saying that white shepherd isn't skinny, OMFLord you have no clue what you are talking about that dog is skinnnnnnnny 1:26 is unacceptable! I would never treat my Raiden like that! Thank-you who ever you are for rescuing these animals!
sorry but those dogs don't seem abused. The white shepherd doesn't seem skinny at all. My dog for example is always hungry and gets crazy when I give him a treat. As for the chain most of the dogs in the world are chained up or leaving in small places. That's reality. People that say wow a dog in chain how cruel, look stupid in my opinion.
so angry at the owners they wouldnt like it if they were dogs and was abused an couldnt speak out u should have an animal test to see if u deserve a pet u should get a 97 or higher or else no pet for you
im really surprised that people dont see a problem with this video. that people actually are annoyed that you guys helped these two dogs get out of a bad predicament. people need to realize that neglect can be just as brutal as being beaten or burned. people, please go do some research on what neglect can fatally look like.
what a bs... i see noindication here for abuse, cruelty oder neglecting these dogs... there are two dogs leashed, simply barking, and once offered food they would gulp it... stupid plot here
We had received several complaints about these dogs, and when we went to check it out we found skinny dogs showing signs of neglect. The puppy was so tangled that it was obvious she hadn't been like that for only one day. There was garbage all over the yard, & neither dog had food, water, or shelter. That, according to state law, indicates abuse. Not to mention that the Rottie had bitten more than one person, probably due to boredom and lack of socialization from being chained out all the time.
i know it is great what is happening to sad abused animals, but I think that this is a reenactment. If you listen to the barking and look at the animals mouth, you see NO movement. I could be wrong, but i don't know.
A 'reenactment'? The reason you hear a dog barking while the Rottie's mouth is not moving is because there was a dog in the next yard that was barking at us. The Rottie did bark once or twice, the reason you don't see that on this video is because he only did it when I would go to walk away. As long as he knew I was looking at him, he didn't bark. He did unfortunately have to be put to sleep because he was people aggressive and had bitten more than one person before coming to the SPCA.
fierhund4 evidently doesn't see how thin and underfed the white Shepherd is - her abdomen was sunken in. I continue to be amazed some people's ignorance.
THis breaks my heart. Let's chain the owner out in the elements for 24 hours a day 7 days a week and see how much he likes it. I own 2 dogs that I rescued from animal shelters. They always turn out to be wonderful pets because they are happy to have a 2nd chance at life. You're wonderful for posting this.
I am sure when the owner came out to see his dogs he would see the tangle problem and correct it. AGAIN, these dogs show no sign of injury or illness.
Sorry, I'm not seeing it. I am seeing two dogs that look healthy, and both being terriotorial breeds are unsure about STRANGERS coming onto their property (along with their equipment). I would bark too! Please show me closeup views of wounds, starvation, illness. Again, I just don't see it in this video.
its good to see videos of abused animals..i do hate it,but it brings awareness to how so many people out there have such little regard for animals..some people dare to call themselves humans...id be insulting pigs if i even called them that name..praise to all who save animals and stop a life of cruelty.
Poor dogs!!!The only time i put my dog, Bear on his chain ouside is when we have a whole bunch of people over, like for a party or something...even then he gets a whole bunch of attention, cause we always go over to him, since he's still in the yard...we just can't let him free cause he'll try to eat all the food...and alot of times there is a bonfire going on. Giant Rotti-mix plus fire is not a good combo with people around...
Good job saving the Shepherd. Sad to hear about the Rottie. The bad behaviour could've been prevented from the early stages. The key word is socialization!
That's what we're always trying to teach people - that leaving a dog out on a chain for its entire life is just asking for trouble, not to mention the neglect and loneliness the dog feels. Dogs aren't lawn ornaments, they're living, feeling creatures that need love and socialization and deserve much better treatment than they often get. Thanks!
im sorry i if i hurt your feelings thats cool that you like cats too did i acully say that well sorry you have your differences i hope you fotgive me bye bye
im sorry i if i hurt your feelings thats cool that you like cats too did i acully say that well sorry you have your differences i hope you fotgive me bye bye
i would help dogs the most and hpoeless peolpe like you im so sorry you didnt pass school the first time and me man im still in school in fact 4th grade
So do I, but between going to school full time, working full time, and then coming home to take care of my animals for hours I still manage to find time to make sense. I do have a life, it's called 'saving animals'. Even though my life doesn't allow me to get more than 5 hours of sleep a night at the most I wouldn't trade it for any other. What have you done today that was rewarding to you? What have you done to make the world a better place?
I can read, unfortunately you don't know how to spell or use proper grammer, therefore I couldn't understand your comment. Fortunately I don't believe it's ok to care for one animal while abusing another, and abuse of a cat, such as the recent case where a woman starved about 80-90 cats over many months or years and left them to eat each other, hurts me and my coworkers as much as the abuse of a dog. All animals deserve care and respect, which you obviously and unfortunately don't understand.
And also, if you continue to insult me or any animal, I will block you and delete any comments you post, as caring people who watch my videos, as well as the entire animal world, do not need people like you showing off your ignorance. Thank you.
thanks for helping the dogs why are they hurting the dogs atleast they can do is do it to a cat but they dont heres what i got to say before i leave dogs rule and cats drool
So it's not ok to do it to a dog, but it is ok to do it to a cat? I assume that's what you were trying to say, as your comment is kind of hard to understand.
What trash! People are such heartless trash. How could your treat an innocent loyal dog like that. Thats why I honestly value a dogs life more than a humans. I think peole can be so heartless and selfish. That absolutely makes me sick. I hope they locked those people up and threw away the key!
This was in PA. Unfortunately we had to make an agreement with the owners that if they signed the dogs over to us, we would not charge them with cruelty. We did this because to charge them, we would need to hold on to the dogs until it was all over which could take over a year, and they would probably win them back in the end anyway. Plus the cost of it all would be too much for our already overloaded budget. We have no other choice.
That's tragic. I believe our laws in FL are stiffer for animal cruelty. Something like $5,000 fine + jail time and they don't get the animals back. Depending on the case, some are never allowed to own an animal again. You all should demand stiffer laws. Bless you for your work!
Well, for one thing, we show it so that people can see what the SPCA does. This is our job, and we need to raise awareness of animal cruelty. If no one had reported this case, these dogs would still be out rotting on a chain. We are not looking for praise, we are trying to stop animal abuse. We did save the dogs, which was our goal.
