Sounds like junk, but that's probly just becase it's a maxima, not becase the camera is waaay too close.

why dont you make another video with the camera farther away. I dont understand why people always put the cam so close it doesnt do anything but hurt the sound quality on the video. Try 25ft back atleast to get a clear sound of what it really sounds like
