Just so all of you who don't know grades don't mean a thing if your talent is good enough John wall had a 1.8 but look at him bow he wnt to Kentucky n first pick to wizards if this guy has the talent a certain college wants his grades won't matter to them all they know is better players equals more wins more wins equals more fans more fans equals more MONEY. At the end of the day cash rules everything around all of us
The Only Reason Trevor Lacey Is On The Team Is Because..... He Is A Good Basketball Player But People...... His Grades Suck..... If You Dont Believe Me IDC....... It Was IN The News-Paper
@1XxXxNikkiBooxXxX1 look at every single college football player, basketball player, and baseball players and tell me how many you see on the Deans list.
@93jtw Im Not Saying That They Have To Make Straight A's But All I Know Is........ His Grades Arnt Passing........ Other Players Make Passing Grades Or Some Are Just Like Trevor...... And Just To Let You Know That He Didnt Even Know What A ACT Or A SAT Was.... So Yea
I agree, Kentucky would be a great opportunity for this fine young player. Trevor could be part of what is probably one of the greatest freshmen classes in college basketball history. No doubt that Calipari would have Trevor ready for the pros in record time. Rupp Arena is the perfect stage for him to show the world his skills. I think Trevor would thrive in Kentucky. Best of luck where ever you go...
If Trevor (or any college basketball prospect) has an opportunity to be a Kentucky Wildcat and doesn't take it? What a ride they'll be missing! There is no better place to play college basketball than in a Kentucky Wildcats jersey. The fans, the tradition, the coach, Rupp Arena! GO CATS!
Come on up to Lawrence, Trevor. You are a team player with a high basketball IQ and a sweet lil stroke, which makes you perfect for Bill Self's system. A guard rotation featuring Tyshawn Taylor, Elijah Johnson and Trevor Lacey.....McLemore and Releford at the swing and Thomas Robinson on the blocks.......make it happen kiddo!
Man i hope all these Kentucky rumors are wrong...but he's a good kid and i guess i'd root for him wherever he goes though he'd look much better in Crimson
Trevor is the best I have seen in 15 years of watching HS b-ball. Fantastic personality and attitude as well. Looking forward to see him in state finals this year, and at UK games next year.
this is weird how you guys talk about him as a recruit when he is going to the same high school as me and i have known him for awhile.. anyways as i speak to him today he would much love to go to UK but he says his grades have to improve
i go to scottsboro and its right down the road from huntsville. i managed the varsity team in 6th grade and butler came to town with freshman trevor lacey. i sat on the end of the bech and watched the 5'11 kid call for an alley oop and throw it down behind our bigs. trevor is a man since he was 14
Alright now lets be logical haha...that may happen a few years down the road if they stay but Kentucky will get like 3 of the TOP 5 players every single year because of Calipari's agent friend that sets all Kentucky stars with a sweet agency deal..."Grant" it i think we have the better coach, but championships aren't won on players alone...ROLL TIDE
you can win with less talent in basketball (not that the guys coach grant is landing aren't talented) look at Butler
my point is that kentucky is very beatable, if alabama can keep landing guys like randolph, cooper, etc... then that's good enough if they can execute and buy in to what coach grant brings to the table
@aubiesucks12 I agree and i said that in my post but im just saying...you do need talent to win championships and these next two years will probably be more about rebuilding...I believe Coach Grant will make us into contenders soon but not next year and probably not the year after that...Grant hasn't had a chance to recruit until now and hes gonna need a couple years to recruit solid players that fit into his style of play thats all im saying
@aubiesucks12 lol... championship lmfao u guys cant even make the tournment with randolph and rodney cooper..... plus hes a wildcat coach cal wants him lmfao championship
