  • this has to be the biggest joke ever! your not even doing a shitty half squat...your barely even doing an eighth of a squat!!! I guarantee you cant even do 405 for one real rep! and why are you wearing knee wraps??? they only help when your knees BEND.....lol..keep posting video's, I enjoy the laugh.

  • Dude, you're being a little harsh on the guy... however, I have to agree on your point. No offense Tito, but if your goal is a heavy squat, you need to work with lighter weight and lower those spotting bars and AT LEAST squat down to 90 degrees! In fact, in competition it's not legitimate unless your thigh isparallel to the floor.

    Trust us Tito... set the pride aside and go deeper. The weight will come.
