@mileycyrusfan067926 it's good for little kids though! For teens it may be too old skool styles... after all this was originally designed in the 70's and 80's for kids. Then they added more stuff over the years but basically its not really for older kids.
They are expanding the water park this year they r adding a new water slide called topsy turvy and they have free grounds admission all summer this year
I read a article in the Toronto star and they basically said that when they re do it its gonna be like just a boring piece of land with no rides I mean agree its not the best but the solution isn't to tear it down the problem is that it's too geared towards little kids they just need to add a couple roller coasters or something like that
OP is a huge fail. It used to be a great place, now it's a pathetic sell-out to foreign-owned corporations. Thank you, Ontario Government, for completely ruining a great place. What is next? You have the golden touch.
@BeeRich33 Ontario Place is suppose to be a "Crown" corporation. Being that Ontario is the owner. They still play the commercials starting in May. I live in the United States and they do get air time being Americans like to visit Canada.
@frankd1965 Oh I am fully aware about crown corps. I spent 10 years in the brewing industry, so I did nothing but jump through hoops for the province. The problem with CCs is that they bend over to corporations now, and Molson's gets to break the laws of Ontario, and nobody does anything about it. A "re-do" in 2011 might mean even more corporate penetration, and that might mean more failure. Ontario has a 2-term losing streak already.
Or rather, everything Ontario Place HAD to offer!!

@BeeRich33 There was article in the Gobe & Mail and there is talk about redoing this facility. 2011 will be the 40 anniversary of Ontario Place.

@frankd1965 I hope they do it right. Kick out Molson's. Turn it back into a provincial project that is fun and relevant.
