I'm absolutely amazed how this guy failed in the NBA. I thought he was gonna have long career as an NBA starting point guard. What the hell went wrong?

He probably should've gone pro the year before this because he'd have been a lottery pick. He got a shot with the Knicks, played really well...then they traded for Marbury and he went back to the bench. When he got another shot with the Bulls a year later, he came into camp out of shape, having been grieving the death of his mother, and that was pretty much his last shot in the NBA. It just goes to show how tenuous a spot in the league can be for even really talented guys like Frankie.
