Your movements are like a meditation on the possibilities of the human body, will power, strength, and perseverence. I literally had tears in my eyes while watching-- you have such command over your body.
I was hit by a car in 1997 AND I was born with 3 degenerative spinal diseases. In 2005 my neck literally caved in and 3 nerve roots were crushed. I have lost the use of my body and am now 100% disabled.
I commend you, and honor you for putting your body to good use.
Been doing a lot of handstand work myself but can't get off the wall. Though I've been doing only handstand pushups against a wall, what is the best way to progress into gaining more balance so I can do my handstand pushups without the wall? Thanks :)
Hello! quick question. People have told me that to be an equilibrist its best to start practicing your handstands by kicking up from a standing position. I usually like to put my hands on the ground and kick up from there. What do you recommend
My favorite way to get into a two hand handstand is by putting the hands near the feet and then tucking or straddling into handstand. I find it the most effective way, especially in the beginning. Eventually, it doesn't really matter how you get into handstand...
@moefro777 I'm glad you find this valuable to your training. btw, I went through some of your latest videos and would like to congratulate you for your progress!!! good job!

HSPU are important part of preparation for handstand work, but what is even more important is work on alignment, technique, and physical preparation.
doing a handstand facing the wall is one of the ways to gain confidence and work on alignment and balance.
