I think it very unfair to make statements against the DUK boat it was the barge captains failure of Rule #3, failure to post a lookout, and being on a cellphone not the DUK boat Captain's for a mechanical failure! If anything the DUK boat Captain should have been sounding 5 short blasts however it really would not have helped. Blaming the victim isn't fair and I hope that the DUK company continues.
So now they are starting the Ducks back up... just a different route. Down the Schuylkill River. I hope no one decides to get on those boats ever again and puts them out of business!
everyone, about 10 minutes ago a crane lifted the sunken boat out of the water, and that crane was on a barge. the coast guard think that the 2nd body is under that barge. pray for the to hungarian familys who lost those 2 that died

you say this is RAW video? what FEED source did you get this from? just wondering. or was this taken directly off air...if so, then its obviously its NOT raw video... its edited for broadcast. thanks for your kind reply.

hum...apparently NBC (pretty much) couldn;t give a rats ass, if there chopper footage is thrown up on Utube...others I guess get REAL touchy about it apparently.

Such a tadegy... I'm from Philly and always wanted to ride the duck. After seeing and hearing this I will never take my family to ride the duck in any cty that has this tourist attraction!

They just now think they found the boat and possibly the two missing people. I've been saying all afternoon that if they were injured like banged on the head or something perhaps they were unconscious or died on impact. We'll see. Let's pray they don't find them under there and hopfully they are still soemwhere.
11/1/2011 the BARGE Capt. Was Sentenced to 366 Days in Jail due to this Accident, for being on a Laptop and Cell Phone when they barge was moving.

@stinkyflo the two that were missing, were found dead one under the boat and one down river, A girl who was 16 and 20 year old male. Both died.

@tvjim its was unedited live continuous feed from nbc, as far as i know it was just showed online then it was edited later for live broadcast
