@carrierform please, tell me what does something needs to not be fake? And tell me what evidence do you have to say that the hebrew and christian writings do not have that evidence?
@fria321agua that doesn't mean anything at all... it's not who believes what... it what you believe, and the substance and evidence of that belief.
If the entire population of the planet turned around and said that they believe that the Sun doesn't exist (with no claims of justification)...... would YOU believe it too?

@fria321agua no, sorry. I won't. Simply because it's from answers in genesis. If you want me to see something that will change my mind, show me an entry from a peer reviewed scientific journal.... AiG has no credibility in the scientific world at all. You might as well have shown me an episode of mighty morphing power rangers.
@eddygoombah i THINK YOU ARE AFRAID TO SEE THE OTHER EVIDENCES, IF YOU CAN SHOW ME THAT THEY ARE MISTAKEN, I WILL HELP YOU AS NO BODY HAS DONE IT IN THE PAST.
@fria321agua No, no, no. Your stupidity can see an argument, that is all. Because there is no argument, is just a challenge you and people like you wil never take.
@fria321agua How arrogant. You are the one making huge claims, and the burden of proof is on you. Emotional attachment to belief, "faith", does not make it true. Your security blanket is full of holes.
@richwfd2002 So for you it is a little claim to say that there is no God. who is the arrogant? Not me. Besides, have you noticed your own arrogant claim: you are making profit of the emotional attachments to unknown probabilities you will never be able to probe. Your security blanket based on "scientific" suppositions will never make it true. By the way I am not trying to probe you creationism, the only thing is that there is no probe of otherwise.
@fria321agua as anyone who is intellectually honest would say. but do you think any theist, especially the fundamental christians or muslims, would ever even think to say that?
@eddygoombah see this video, is kind of sceary how the non Scientists try to atack us, we who know that we don't need any evidence to beilive in evolution: The Theory of Evolution is wrong (part1)
@fria321agua excuse me, are you spamming on my channel? also, who said I believe in the theory of evolution in spite of having no evidence? I believe in the theory of evolution BECAUSE it has over 150 years of substantiated evidence. Mountains of evidence.
Carl Sagan is squatting on the same lava rock as abortion doctors, pot smokers, sissy boys, democrats, progressives, and anyone else who doesn't love the Lord. And when God finally invades earth on flying jet propelled horses, Carl Sagan will be left out of the Lord's heavenly kingdom as he burns in everlasting hell fire as Satan's personal table lamp, praise Jesus! Lol, just a joke folks. Carl Sagan was a true scientific pioneer who will not be forgotten.
Dr. Sagan was and is one of my heroes. His ability to teach and inspire was amazing and he showed millions how awe inspiring the universe truly is without magic and superstition. I'm currently rereading "The Demon-Haunted World Science As A Candle In The Dark" and I advise anyone who has not read it to pick it up and do so.
I'm about the start reading "The Demon-Haunted Wrold" and I've read more than half of "Billions and Billions".
The last chapter and the epilogue in "Billions and Billions" is about Carl's death. It's very sad yet worth reading as it shows how Sagan was during his last days on this pale blue dot.
Thanks for the upload...Carl was an amazing man and the world is that much more poor with his passing. I wonder how many of us can attribute our understanding of how things really are to his insightful series "Cosmos"? Thanks again you have more than earned a sub and 5 stars...peace be with.
I can still recall watching the Cosmos series on public tv-the music at the opening of each show is so beautiful.
One of my astronomy courses was a study of his series and his book, taught by a professor who was brilliant in his own right (he looked a bit like Wolf Man Jack.)
I seem to remember reading an article about Ann (his wife) making a point of telling the reporters that he remained an atheist until he was gone. : )
May I correct myself...I double checked my own info and found I was incorrect. He said he was agnostic. In the article done after his death, the in magazine-The Humanist, his wife said that neither Carl or she believed in a traditional God, or an afterlife.
I hate to spam your comments, but I think people really need to know about an anti-votebotting programme a guy called joshthegoods has been working on.

The work he has done is, imho, an excellent way to combat the votebotters that plague YT. Josh seriously needs to publicity for he programme. I can see how anyone who has been attacked would greatly benefit from Josh's TubeGuardian programme.
What a wonderful, elegant, literate man Carl Sagan was. I miss him. How patiently he would explain these new ideas to his listeners....I remember how he seemed so awed by the universe, but refused any foolish superstitions about it. Seeing this made me feel melancholy.
I happen to believe in "Good". I do not believe in God as such, but good people have been proven to exist. Good people are found everywhere, of all race, creed and religion.
I happen to believe in the good values of my Catholic religion. It gives me hope.
The day religion proves science wrong, I'll give up science.
It makes me sad to think he's no longer with us. One of my favourite people, ever. Cosmos and Pale Blue Dot changed the way I view life and my place in the Universe. Peace.
I really can't accept that somebody wants to make the world fit their belief instead of base their believe on what evidence there is. If your belief contradicts existing evidence, it's BS. It's like a scientific hypothesis: It was accepted, many believed it might be true, but in the end it wasn't. MOVE ON PEOPLE!

You might not need to follow the scientific method in coming to the truth, but if it has no empirical basis and cannot be tested then it should not be regarded as the truth.
I'm not sure I agree. In order to determine "truth", we need to have a basis on observable fact. Imagination may help us to make assumptions, but if those assumptions turn out to be false after examination, then they MUST be tossed out. In the end, the only way to "truth" is the evidence.
Sagan is an important figure and a much missed scientific figure actually I saw cosmos when I was 13 and really enjoyed it.
