Now all you need to do is mold some plastic on his body and voila, you have your own robotic Transformer. Approach the company that owns the rights to Transformers and work a deal with them. I know that there are MANY people out there that would lay down +$500 for a 'realistic' miniture of a transformer. Of course it can't 'transform' into a car or jet but still, I'm sure someone would like it even if it can't. Hell collectors would buy one just to have.
