Just compare them and you know they are different, since GBA doesn't have capabilities for good music like the DS. GBA is more midi like than DS too

I always considered this to be Matt Engarde's theme, after he reveals his true nature, with Search ~ In the Midst being his theme beforehand. However, Hotline of Fate is definately 2-4's theme.

No, it plays during cases 1, 3, AND 5, not just 5. And it's not being abused, either; when it plays, it actually fits. The Suspense theme is the one that's being abused. It plays every other song, but only for a few seconds at a time.

There's one part where it plays when you enter the precinct. Why the hell is it playing there? There is no need. It was perfect in Justice For All, it was used when Engarde was being his awesomely devious self, but in T&T they just used it whenever they thought of it.
