No, this song isn't in any of the A:TLA episodes (INCLUDING "The Headband" cave party episode). This song is from one of the avatar games that were on Nick, and it's way awesome :)

I just got into traditional Chinese music and this 'pipa' sounds sort of like it in a video called 'Traditional Chinese Music (Pipa): 陽春白雪 - White Snow in the Spring Sunlight'
