actually the floors arent springed. Ther shock absorbers. This is called plyo. Spring floor are springs, plyo just gives in to your weight so your esentially not smashing your feet into the ground apon impact. It has slight spring i guess, but it doesn't help you jump at all. Matter of fact, being that it is a shock absorber it actually adds more resistance than that of ground making it harder to perform moves. He's great at blocking flips and jump to flip ratio timing which is why he goes high
