I have the Slice Fabrique machine. I have tried to call the company and go on their website to register my Slice and the website keeps saying I have an invalid serial number and won't let me even leave a message for customer service. When I call the company there is no answer from anyone live and if you try to leave a message it won't let me. Did the company take a two week vacation or close it's doors?

Hi there,
I just the Slice Fabrique. I was very excited and now I am frustrated. I am following all the instructions and my Fabrique Slice is not cutting properly. Any suggestions??????

why have they just brought out a fabric specific cutter if the ordinary slice cuts it anyway?

Is he using the original slice or the Elite? I assume I could buy the hands free mat & collar to work with the original Slice? Does anyone know the truth to the rumor that the ELITE cuts 40% faster??? I just want to cut fabric only, so need to know.

Normal vilene works too as does reynolds freezer paper... or bond n stitch..
By a 'onesie' he means a babygrow! (it's an americanism)

@cbnfvr1 Vilene is interfacing used on fabrics to stiffen it or as a stabilizer - Its probably a brand name.... I guess if you are not English it goes by another name....
