Legolas does not suck in the game (and I'm talking about BFME 1) If you keep him away from the enemy, he will shoot down entire groups without ever getting hit. He is my favorite hero from the game, and the films :D

legolas has really weak defense because i made a custom hero with a lvl 1 spear and it killed legolas 1 hit...elves cant take a hit

@larrydoor he was able to live and kill 3 tower guard 4 rangers 2 swordsmen and 3 gonder archers all at once at lvl1 he is overpowered just like so many other elven heroes

true i think elrond is the worst 3000 hero in game and haldir sux compared with boromir but glorfindel is the best 2000 hero with his uber building damage and extreme speed

well i played the game and i know that elrond is nothing compared to heros like aragorn and gimli because it takes ages to get him to 10 for the tornade and his healing powers are so weak. But yes glorfindel owns. And ok im abut wrong about haldir but anyway i think boromir is stil way better becuase of his horn

every hero has his own abilities, and Ohta is probably the stronges archter in the whole game, not to mension he can summon a Destructive tornado.... Then we have Thranduil, who can kill basically any hero in the game with his thorn of Vengeance

I'm talking about archers buddy. you're talking about Morwen which has an axe. Luckily nobody uses her on The 360, cause you can glitch with her (same as with Idrial). And I know her spear throw is overpowered. (I personnaly think her glorious charge and shield crush are also too strong.

you are playing bfme2 right they bouth costs 2000... legolas does not have any defence, that is why he have special ability with 20% more armor. If they does not cost the same you should register for online, try a game and see...
