Actually i read from a chemistry book made back in the 70s that details all elements,when it comes to fluoride your teeth actually do need it,but the amount in tapwater has to be like 0.0000003% or something like that,if it is 0 then your teeth will decay,fluoride helps to remineralize the surface of teeth.But if the amount in tapwater is just 0.00000005% higher than the estimate,it will cause dental fluorosis.And there are alot of different fluorides,wikipedia fluoride therapy.

@Dragonyu Well birth control causes problems as well...Like I have hypothyroidism, which slows my bodies functions down,including metabolism, heart rate, temp etc. Giving people snythetic hormones causes the endocrine system to malfunction. EVEN IF they mandated it, which would also be wrong (as we have the choice to decide what we ingest), people wouldn't want to pay for it, and it is way enpensive, and not covered with many insurance plans.

Actually i read from a chemistry book made back in the 70s that details all elements,when it comes to fluoride your teeth actually do need it,but the amount in tapwater has to be like 0.0000003% or something like that,if it is 0 then your teeth will decay,fluoride helps to remineralize the surface of teeth.But if the amount in tapwater is just 0.00000005% higher than the estimate,it will cause dental fluorosis.And there are alot of different fluorides,wikipedia fluoride therapy.

Secondly I have not seen any good evidence that ingesting fluoride wwould be any good for teeth. In Sweden for instance where I grew up it was without fluoridated water. We did however rinse and spit fluoride in school and were told not to swallow the stuff.
