For People who think this is not a PSP 3000 Just look at the first give-away the Sony and Home Logo. Also this is NOT a hack it is a portal. The PSP 3000 is not hackable as of yet.

is that really a psp 3000 cause its white and only black is out now. also the psp 3000 is not hacked yet so it wont alow anything that is not made by sony to b put e the mother board. and if its on the chip it will say (corrupted fle)

No absolutly not. You Do not need CFW. I can view some youtube Videos. But PSPTube is very good for that.
