  • WHY DON'T SOME SURGEONS HELP PEOPLE WHO REALLY WANT IT BUT CAN'T AFFORD IT? I KNOW THEY CAN HELP SOME WITHOUT PAYMENT. I HAVE A STRONG NEED FOR IT. I'AM REJECTED BY SOCIETY AND CAN HARDLY LIVE IN THIS WORLD ONLY THROUGH GODS GRACE AND HELP I CAN. I HAVE A VERY LARGE VERY POINTY NOSE SO YOU KNOW PEOPLE HAVE LAUGHED, TOOK PICTURES, AND GAVE ME A HARD TIME FOR IT! ALL I NEED IS THAT BUT NO FUNDS. I HOPE A SURGEON SEES THIS AND HELP OUT A SINGLE MOTHER OF FOUR!!!! THANKS!!!
