@ozzy1000159 yes you can but u have to have a texting plan to be able to text on your phone for free.. i have it and its worth it, u only pay an extra 20 dollars a month and u can text as much as u want for no cost so just ask your parents.. to add a sim card its only about 10 bucks then your parents could give u a old phone then get the plan.. HOPE THIS HELPED
