Well it is kindda tank n spank. It is definetly not in the top of hardest encounters. Not even the top of hardest encounters in vanilla only. The skill needed to kill nefarian with red/xx spawns is somewhat bigger imo. atleast in vanilla. Plus the jump to C'thun is just insane.
