  • It's all about the sudden handshake at the end :D

  • Press 6 repeatedly for an endless procession of Evil Hypnotists

  • It worked nga pero tumalsik man ung laway! jejejejejejeje!

  • 2:46 "IT'S WORKED!!! IT WORKED! HAHAHAHAHAHA- *calm and shakes hand*

    X''D Eldon = Epic!

  • @KrytenMark It Was On 2:38 not 2:46'

  • he's wierd

  • I have to put this in simple terms but checkoutmymelody is a fucking tool.

  • 17 people hate evil hypnotists!

  • SIMON PEGGGGG!!!

  • beautiful!

  • this is funny

  • I can't believe anyone would find this offensive, but least of all someone who knew about real hypnosis, and I'm trained in hypnotherapy and hypnoanalysis.

At the end I genuinely cannot stop laughing at Kevin Eldon...

  • Absolutely hilarious!

    Spencer the Hypnotist

  • are people genuinely finding this offensive? this show also has men getting pregnant, women dating temporary traffic lights and people made of foam! you think it has anything to do with reality? its surreal comedy, i think 'checkoutmymelody' is the only person in the world who has taken this sketch seriously. if anything it addresses and ridicules some of the silly stereotypes that hypnotism has gained if you're going to look at it seriously.

  • @simhthmss I am a Hypnotherapist and I think this is hilarious.

  • pure genius

  • The way he is passing by the door is the most brilliant of this sketch!

  • I wonder if the evil lafter is part of the proseger.

  • Funny :-D

  • As mint as f**k.

  • Evil hypnotist lol!...And SIMON PEG!!!! My hero!

  • Dark UK sketch comedy with a hint of mint! This is our first video and we'd like to know what you think. Please comment, rate, subscribe!

  • It is funny but a bit unfair to a field of health care that has been fighting this sort of crap for a long time. Very funny though, the scene where the evil guy walks past the door HILARIOUS.

  • @checkoutmymelody I'm sorry you found it offensive. As someone who has studied hypnosis, I find it hilarious. Does it play on the stereotypes of hypnosis and hypnotists? Absolutely. It's like a sketch involving any profession where the stereotypes are exaggerated for comic effect. Also don't overlook the fact that, in spite of the comedy, the sketch depicts a successful session.

  • @checkoutmymelody You are joking aren't you!?

  • @checkoutmymelody I can only pray that if you're serious, your boyfriend will hypnotise you, and give you a sense of humour.

  • @checkoutmymelody This sketch hasn't changed my opinion about hypnotherapi, I can tell the difference between a sketch and reality and I would still visit a hypnotherapist if I had a problem they could help with. I might prefer a hypnotherapist with a bit more humour than you though :P

  • @checkoutmymelody

    No it's not. It's racist.

  • ahahaha

  • I love the internal logic of this sketch. Like real medicine, with more serious cases, the treatment becomes more aggressive and riskier.

What SNL don't seem to realise is you need to be smart enough in order to pull off dumb. You can't just scream a lot with bad impressions and pop culture references.

  • lol. The evil laugh is what defines what is evil

  • 2:47 She's like WTF

  • Hahaha! Funny stuff there!

  • i remembered i'd just gone into secondary school when this came on, great stuff

  • she's a hotty

  • 1:48 - 1:50.

    Can't stop laughing...

  • LOL

    that was awesome!!!!!

  • y is there a big ear on the cabinet?

  • Comment removed

  • I suppose if you are an evil hypnotist working professionally, you would probably be required to tell the patient, like in the sketch. You wouldn't want problems afterward, if the patient found out about the evil later. You could get sued.

  • @BillionSix i find that the evil are usually very careful about that sort of thing. They have a very thorough legal department

  • Kevin Eldon is so f*cking funny.

  • The actor Kevin Eldon!

  • Yes, 'The Actor' is actually his first name and 'Kevin' his middle name...

  • @TheGravyBoat42 That comment could well bring down the government!

  • she's hot

  • smoking hot :P

  • WOW, that bow-tie could take your head clean off!

  • i must point out he is an evil hypnotist... lmao when he walks past!

  • My fav Big Train sketch, this one. this n Ming the Merciless at home...

"Throooow heem into the pit of fyaaaar!"

  • Look it's BRI-ANN!

  • Thanks:)))

  • Mnuhuhhahahehhahehehahaha IT WORKED

  • My GF does NLP... he's good but he's not evil enough...

  • Does anyone know what comedy sketch showed a woman who could not describe a criminal's features to a police sketch artist?

    Love Autumn

  • yep, that was big train! Kevin Eldon as the frustrated officer! 'His ears looked like a deceased fat Japanese businessman' etc.!

  • got a link for that?

  • couldn't find one sorry :(

  • This always was my favourite!

  • his tongue... huh.. i actually have nothing to say i just thought it should be mentioned..

  • the girl in this is sooo hot

  • watch nighty nighty if you dare she is a super bunny boiler

  • Ha ha. I'm having hypnotherapy next week, hope it's not like this!

    Great sketch though

  • **dead**

  • hahahahahahaha

  • Who is the girl in this? She looks really familiar.

  • Julia Davis - from Nighty Night and I'm Alan Partridge.

  • And Love Actually...I found her familiar too and it was from that

  • 1:48

I have nothing further to add.

  • brian!!!!!!!!!!

  • wow... thats dr statham from Green Wing. He's actually quite a handsome man :)

  • IT WORKED HAHAHAA

  • my faverout big train sketch ;D

  • Oh dear, that was amusing.

  • There's something really adorable about Kevin Eldon.

  • Just realized something, Simon looks a bit like Hannibal Lecter just before the laser beams were shot out of his eyes

  • Yes, Simon does look a bit like Dr. Lecter. Would have been quite an interesting experiment.

If Simon Pegg would have played him in "Hannibal" instead of Gaspard Ulliel I would have watched that movie!

  • haha, then Hannibal will become a comedy! Much like what Simon's done with Dawn of the Dead! Great idea.

  • Was "Hannibal Rising" not supposed to be a comedy? Oh dear! Honestly I think Simon is really capable of straight acting. That's what makes "Shaun of the Dead", "Hot Fuzz" ans Spaced so special.

  • Totally Agreed!

  • The actress is Julia Davis, talented and funny!

  • Thanks

  • The actress is pretty, what's her name?>

  • Simon Pegg wasn't in Jam, Mark Heap and Kevin Eldon were though.

  • Yeh Peter is SIMON PEGG

    WOOHOO lol

  • when was it last made >?

  • 2003

  • Im from Norway! I only recognize him from Hot Fuzz!

Pretty personal humor you ppl hav ^^ That's why it's so damn funny...

  • The Peter person! Isn't he the guy from Hot Fuzz?

  • Yep. Simon Pegg. Check out "Shaun of the Dead". another awesome film with Simon Pegg.

  • I LOVE SIMON PEGG *_*

  • God, I wish the States had this kind of genius.

  • This always was my favourite!

  • God I miss Big Train.

  • God I miss Big Train.

  • was that simon pegg?

  • yes it was!!!

  • I met the guy that plays the Evil Hypnotherapist in Edinburgh once, Kevin something, nice guy, he was not evil, which suprised me.

  • Kevin Eldon, yeah. I didn't know about him before I watched this series...

  • he was in hot fuzz and black books as well

  • Kevin Eldon is so good at playing comic psychopaths. He's great in "Hyperdrive".

  • Also excellent in "Jam".

  • Check out "Fist of Fun" and "This Morning with Richard Not Judy" on which Eldon was known as "Kevin Eldon -- the actor" since he insisted on being presented as an actor when doing the comedy circuit. My favourite skit was Eldon pretending to be a jelly-obsessed Rod Hull.

I believe they're all still friends. In his recent Glasgow stand-up show, Stewart Lee mentions a discussion he had with Eldon on how to improve one of his jokes in the show.

  • lmao! Brilliantly idiotic!

    This is hilarious!

    I lurve Mark Heap!

  • Simon Pegg's superman style lasers come out of his eyes is simply stupid. I love it!

  • I love the look on her face while he's busy maniacally laughing there.

And i luv his evil walk as he walks past the door. Brilliant stuff!

  • Lol! The way he walks past the door is great,,

    ahaa xD

  • You know that I am an evil Hypnotist?

    Muhahahaha.

  • and this how we do actually do it - although the spinning watch is easier then the tie

  • ENOUGH WITH THE GOD DAMN SPAM. GET THE HELL OFF OF MY INTERNET.

    Anyway, really funny.

  • Kevin Eldon is a genius!

  • Is camznow paying you assholes to spam YouTube?

  • lol I guess we english are pretty silly

  • Agreed! We have our fair share of wankers here too! But sadly the horrible use of the terms 'retarded' and 'gay' as terms of derision have come over from your side of the Pond.

  • I must admit I have never seen this. Thanks for posting it. One of my favorites (though highly silly) is Red Dwarf. Unfortunately I must concur with your assessment of America's youth, ignorant, uneducated, and with a decisive lack of the English language. But as Oscar Wilde said when asked if he had anything to declare: only my wit.

  • YAY RED DWARF! (you'd be suprized at how many people don't even know what it is...sad)

  • what u on about? its big train ya spanna.

  • You posted my favourite Big Train sketch! Thank you! And why do some Americans always post the highly offensive term 'retarded' to anything they don't understand. Wierd.

  • I am American and I love these guys. Spaced was one of the best shows ever. There are wankers everywhere, not just America.

  • I really like Simon pegg..loved him and

  • and?

  • I love British Humor!!!!

  • Brilliant

  • makes me piss myself evry time he walks past. hes a evil hypnotist, but hes really kind!!!! :) the three blokes r legends!!!!

  • this is fuckin amazin. deffo the best moment wen kevin eldon walks past the door. kevin eldon, mark heap, nick frost and simon pegg r my fave actors EVA!!!!

  • that was werid

  • Kevin Eldon's BEST Moment!!!

  • classic

  • LOLL I've always hated these cheap thrown together what looks likes to be rushed sketch shows... but this, Big Train is genius, thanks to the people on board that make the acting so fucking good.

  • i just enjoy the huge globules of spittal that fly from Kevin Eldon's mouth. It's a fabulous moment!

  • hhahahahaha i no, his walk is the best!!! it never ceases to be absolutely hillarious

  • :'D OMG this is great! must put to my favorites! x)

  • HAHA thats the best walk i've ever seen!

  • Indeed, next to the Ministry of Silly Walks from Monty Python.

  • oh yes, i forgot about that. that was genius... although there is a connection here, both sketches involve silly walks, well this one has one but still haha

  • 1:47:

LMAO every time I see him walking by!!

  • MUHAHHAHHAHAHHA MUHAHAHA IT WORK IT WORK IT WORK well nice meeting you lol i love that show

  • Hehehe
