i like optimum nutrition. so for they have been the best trustworthy brand ive ever used. Becareful with other reviews guys. some reviews on youtube are from a lot of nutrition companies marketing teams trying to sell a product. Just FYI so you dont get jipped. But I approve of ON ive actually used Their supplements for only 4 months now and im quite picky on trying something new unless I did all my research on it.

this stuff is pretty good. I take 3 pills a day, but do not take 3 pills at one time. There is over 75 ingredients in this multi vitamin. And its way better than one a day energy. Plus those pills are like horse tablets. The Optimen is not a big tablet, it is fairly slim and easy to swallow. I am getting another bottle later this week. good stuff.

I need to buy Optimen...It has a lot more stuff don't know what it is but its got more stuff lol....it looks like optimen has 3-4 times as much vitamins n minerals that ONE men oneaday has but you have to take 3 optimen vs 1 oneaday... but oneaday don't have all that extra stuff.... must be good stuff....lol... 4:20.....
