@fjlewis1 Yes it is Sonoma, the first tile was a chair rail type profile. If you go to my website you can get a better look at it. I installed this over 2 years ago so i don't remember all the details.
it`s top class, but watching your vids alot of the the designs are garish over the top.don´t get me wrong any proff tiler would love to sink their teeth into these jobs for the challenge, but sometimes less can be more.
if you dont sell your skills then no one is going to sell them for you. its just a back splash. its done well. if all you are going to do is stack squares then the home owner can do that for herself.
your missing the point.those designs are from 90´s at least where i live.done it ,time to move on.mrs jones with a bucket of gear and a notched trowel,i don´t think so.
yes i have worked the super rich in scandinavia but they tend not to go around thinking they´re roman emporers.i know what you mean.really it´s just a matter of taste.i just give them what they want and get payed.if i happen to like it all well and good.
very nice. now paint it.

Could you tell us what tile this is? Looks like sonoma. What is the first tile on the bottom? Is it a liner?

i like how you mirror the corners, done correct takes a moment to plan but worth it. i have seen hacks that get paid that do it willy nilly.
