  • this lady speaks perfect english.

  • The only problem I had with the Fit was it was loud loud loud at highway speeds. On my test drive, I had hardly broken 55MPH and I already had to raise my voice to talk to the passenger. People that like driving around blasting their stereo to drown out road noise or just don't care might be fine with this car, but for me it was a deal breaker. Shame, because it's otherwise a neat car with great design.

  • Honda<3

  • get a suv ferrari then

  • Fiesta has a higher quality interior but less room. Fit has a harsher ride. Fiesta also has a rock solid ride, but I liked its feel more. Where there are hard plastics, I preferred the Fiesta.

Price wise, I think the Fit probably wins. I think I'd buy still buy the Fiesta though.

  • This review looks more like a personal report instead of consumer report. Who complains about glove box damping and power button size :-\

  • do u expect to have a full leather interior in a $15k car?

  • @saboobuu no

  • Center console comes as an option...

  • The glove box isn't damped? THE GLOVE BOX ISN'T DAMPED?!?!??! HOW DARE THEY!!!

  • I love my new 2012 Japanese built Fit over the Mexican built ford Fiesta.

  • So far, I've only heard great things about the Fit. I'm thinking of trading in my car for one. Is there anything legitimately negative about it??

What year is this one? 2009?

  • Just bought a new sport, its a great car.

  • Those knobs look like Mega Blocks pieces..

  • rather have a ford fiesta

  • Enjoyed it!

  • Looks like the Moderator mostly allows negative over positive posts.....

  • @MrsKevinsmith Yes seems so - very strange and unhelpful.

  • Thorough test for 3 minutes, but the reviewer ends every sentence she says by making her voice low and gravelly.

3 minutes of that is all I could stand!

  • I think they look like really fun little things to drive. I wish they were just a bit more powerful. Same with the Fiesta. I'll happily sacrifice a few MPG for 30 more HP in each.

  • Why so serious?

  • It's homely. Can't beat it for the money, though. Excellent small car.

  • not enough vitamins, girl?!

  • Odd they chose a manual sport and auto base as the auto sport has paddle shifters which the base lacks and the manual is about the same either way.

  • Stablity Control should be available on lower trim levels. The climate control is positioned awkward, so close to the driver. And most hondas don't offer centre storage / armrest, which is really puzzling.

  • @davidhalifax Stability control is standard on all Fits for 2011

  • pice of shit

  • @etoyotarockshsucks Why don't you spell correctly before insulting something? Asshole.

  • what year is this car ?

    2009 or 2010 ?

  • Why do people always bitch about interior noise saying that it's loud? Are you SHITTING ME? Compare the interior noise of this to some car or truck from the 80's or 70's there is a LARGE marginal difference between the two. And if you people still bitch, I have a simplistic solution. BAM! Radio ON! The quiet outside noise is COMPLETELY masked by your favorite station. MY music is playing more than half the time and i don't notice a god damn thing. And when it's off it's still quiet.

  • I agree about the vertical adjustments in the driver's seat. I'm a short person (about five foot one) so when I drive, I like having the seat a little higher up so I can see better. My mom's '08 Camry has a vertical adjustment to it, which I like. I've found that it's hard trying to find a car with a vertical adjustment.

  • Michelle Tsai looks like she'd be happier reviewing a Mercedes or a BMW over this cheap Honda. She doesn't look very happy. :)

  • @oldschool1

she looks intelligently sweet and sounds knowledgeable and she drives a stick

  • she is smokin' hot.

  • i wouldnt want to get into an accident in that small car, if a train hit me id be dead

  • @quest8899 Just what kind of car do you want to be in when you get hit by a train?

  • @malberts1954 I'm not sure it would matter.

  • @malberts1954 lol doesn't matter what car you're in

  • @malberts1954

a mini cooper..it'll go right over me and not even touch the car.

  • @malberts1954

I guess it depends on how many times a year you get hit by a train. And whether or not it's a high speed type or a choo-choo.

  • @malberts1954 None Turkey! Do you think any car will survive a Train Wreck! Jebus!

  • @quest8899 ha. go test drive cars of your choice and park them on the train track until a train comes by; when you're done, let us know which car is the most resistant to high impact crash! thanks, brah!

  • @quest8899 youd be dead in just about anything except some military thing

  • I love the Fit. Simply the best in it class and the most reliable car anyway...you can make the car go faster but can't make it more reliable.

  • another overpriced crap!!!

  • Is it me or is she hot?

  • @Kodos1 No. It's not just you.

  • I have the 2009 white sports trim model with a manual trans. It has an arm rest on the drivers right side. But I don't know if they can place an arm rest with built in storaga compartment. The hand break takes up some of the space where one would be placed.

  • why would anyone complain about the high revs? i got a 2000 crv manual and hearing the engine roar when that thing accelerates is great fun lol

  • Great detailed review. Though isn't there an option for a center armrest for additional storage?

  • It is an option.

  • there is an option.

  • nice for a small car
