i will admit when i 1st saw Ryuk's face i wasnt sure i would be able to watch the show b/c it scared the crap out of me! lol! but now Ryuk is my fav character^^

if you are looking for an action-packed anime then i would recomend you skip Death Note. it is basically about Light trying to prevent the master detective L from discovering that he is the one killing people with the Death Note. it may sound dull from the way im describing it but i never really lost interest throughout the entire series

When I saw Ryuk for the first time i screamed "AAAAH!!! Scary guy!!" and ran to the other end of the room.

My mother came in to check what was wrong, saw Ryuk and screamed "AAAH!!! Scary guy!!"

THEN my little sister came in (7 years), saw Ryuk, started to cry and screamed "AAAAH!! Scary guy!!"

And then we were all standing against the wall, screaming.

Kinda hilarious when I think back to it because now I think he's totally adorable! xD

OK Ryuik is obviously a shinigami and in bleach shinigami means soul reaper, now if we go a little into the bleach world imagine Ryuik with a zanpaktou, also imagine if he had shikai and bankai HOLY SHIT MAN! Ryuik plus bankai = HOLY FUCKING SHIT!!!!!
