its not being narrow minded. in fact im prolly the most open minded person you'll ever meet. im just offering criticism.it just doesn't sound good im sorry. not my problem you cant play this song.yea i understand the point of a cover. i have a cover of a song on my page as well. and it doesnt sound anything like the original. its just how your playing the song doesnt fit. PEACE OUT
@Loelzmaster.... lol no mick Thompson definitely does not play in drop D... its drop B(for this song) your thinking of. but yea i agree with what you say. and to add. the drums are completely wrong and the guitar as well. not to mention the vocals. ooo god. maybe you should practice a different song guys sorry ...:P
@DraculusVulgaris The idea of a cover is to sound different from the original. If we were going to play it exactly the same, what would be the point? The drummer could have played it exactly as it is in the album if he so wished, as could the guitarist, however we chose to change it a little to make it unique to our band. If all you can do is find flaws in something that aren't really even there, you need to stop being so narrow minded. Peace out.
@LoelzMaster Sorry about the vocals, I have only been screaming for a couple months and it can take a long time to correctly master it. The guitar is correct but Slipknot play with two guitarists and we only have one. We are searching for more members.
@PsychoticHearted think on it the bassist is the heart in the band not the guitarist ! you really need a bassist and a 2nd guitarist. then the timing is really important . the tuning on the guitar is wrong i have heard Mick Thomson play`s in Drop D i think . I hope i have helped you a little bit ;-)
@LoelzMaster We are slowly working on band members but it is not easy to find people like us around here. Mick never uses drop D, Spit it Out is a drop C song.
awesome!

@PsychoticHearted but in my band the guitarist is in Drop D and the sound is perfect for slipknot songs.
