Getting mine in three days so excited! For all of you who ask I've done a lot of research and asked people who have one if it hurts. . . If you have a moderate-high pain tolerance you'll be fine. . . 14+ is a good age! :)

@shakethelttuce a clamp is a scissor-like tool that has two openings for a needle insertion. . . Using no clamp is better than using one because a clamp pinches the nerves where the piercing site is. But, a clamp kinda numbs it so idk :)

My mom is actually letting me, and i'm 13! Its only because she loves belly button piercings, though. And plus she thinks I'm mature enough. If your mom is like, iffy then i would start off by asking if she likes belly button piercings. If she goes "Oh i love them!" then be like "do you think i could get one?" and see what she says!! :)) if she says "No i dont really like them" then i wouldnt ask and i would wait till you can go out by yourself and get one without parental approval.
