My best theory for why we haven't contacted aliens is because:
1. Alien civilizations rise
2. They form communities
3. Colonize the galaxy
4. Eventually with intelligence turn to ethics and make all decisions based on ethics
5. They explore the multiverse
6. Realize the most ethical thing to do is find truly struggling civilizations throughout the multiverse and help them and so to not waste energy on civilizations like us, just let us rise by ourselves so they can spend energy saving lives.

If we insist that parrallel universes exist accordng to Quantum Physics, then we need to discard Bohr's Copenhagen Interpretation and generalize that every possible outcomes that exist in a quantum superposition happen if not in one universe, then another. @036827 I'm with you... and no. There are certain things that they have concluded simply because there is no better explanation... however that is how science works. For instance Newton Dynamics are considered to be the best explanation on dynamics, however sientifics know it is wrong, for it breaks under certain circunstances and that is when other theories come up. This as all theories on reality is a work in progress, those that say that science can explain reality do not understand science.

In my opinion even universes as suitable for life as ours and even planets with water like in ours would most likely not see life form, I think life forms completely randomly initially hence the odds of life forming even in a universe similar to ours is so high than only a fraction of these universe see life form.

If the Universe is made up of strings that vibrates perfectly and harmonically in such a manner that they are tied to one another, from the smaller to the bigger one. Shouldn't it be the case that to find out the real nature of the small ones, the one you can't see, it would make a lot of sense to follow the big ones and by reverse engineer reconstruct the whole universe from top to bottom?
what this means is that a criminal of this universe has a copy of himself/herself in another universe that is a hero, and a hero of this universe is a criminal in another so could this be a reason to reconsider criticism or hatred towards individuals whom perform unethical or wrong actions? as they may just be unlucky to be living out the life of a bad person with no real true power of their actions overall.

Actually that is misleading thinking, parallel universes can explain "time" only, in real world, there is no such thing as space or time, so "at one place at time" is impossible, but that's just mine opinion :), there is only one u, no two of u, but missing particles explain "time" and your possibility to move from hand, all down to smallest (where small and big do not exist). I do however believe that there might exist many parallel universes alongside ours and I believe that some of those universes are colliding with ours sometimes and that's why people see the Loch Ness Monster in Scotland for example or Bigfoot or even aliens. I think they're all creatures from the parallel universe, that's why nobody has ever found any physical evidence of Loch Ness Monster or Bigfoot cause they just disappear back to that parallel universe without leaving any trace.

A few months ago, I was watching a show on Parallel Universes where Dr. Michio Kaku was being interviewed. Then a friend walked in and said "Shit, that dude is crazy."
To me he's not crazy, he's a genius with an incredible potential to think outside of the box.

I have a theory about parallel universes, Atoms are combined in a specific order to build the universe,for example:123 123 and you get this universe,if we change the order: 213 213 you get another universe.I gave for example 3 numbers which can be combined multiple times but what if you think about an infinite amount of numbers which give an infinite amount of combinations and so an infinite amount of universes.To travel to an another universe we need to change the combination of our atoms.

It's not a Theory, it's a Hypothesis. There are reasons to suspect it to be true but a lot more evidence is needed to make it a proper Theory. The problem is how to go about testing it. The LHC could help.

The strange thing with infinity, as I understand it, is that there would be an infinite amount of universes where you weren't born and an infinite amount of universes where you were born. There would also be an infinite amount of universes exactly like this one but with one less grain of sand on earth, and 2 less grains and so on. And an infinite amount of universes with no sand (or planets) at all.

For instance Newton Dynamics are considered to be the best explanation on dynamics, however sientifics know it is wrong, for it breaks under certain circunstances and that is when other theories come up. This as all theories on reality is a work in progress, those that say that science can explain reality do not understand science.

In my opinion even universes as suitable for life as ours and even planets with water like in ours would most likely not see life form, I think life forms completely randomly initially hence the odds of life forming even in a universe similar to ours is so high than only a fraction of these universe see life form.
But with an infinite number of universes, this will happen and thanks to Panspermia life in our universe spread from one single far away planet to others including ours.

I think they're all creatures from the parallel universe, that's why nobody has ever found any physical evidence of Loch Ness Monster or Bigfoot cause they just disappear back to that parallel universe without leaving any trace.

i even belive god is from another universe.
I think he (she? it?) comes from a universe where he is in 100% full contact with the life he has created. Part of the communications might have bled through into our own and we got them.
Perhaps we really do have a god, but we cant contact him and we cant get any proof of his existence.

@Playster3 well i suppose that could be one theory. but i believe that it's the opposite action and reaction. not just the opposite of our existance. for example. i come to a fork in the road. i decide to go left. there is a opposite and parallel universe where i would have decided to go right instead. thus leading to a new chain of events.

This is interesting, and I'll concede we don't have the sensory apparatus to experience any other Universe other than the one we are experiencing now, but in regards to dreams, I had one where I downed a bottle of Absinthe and was drunk staggering down a sidewalk. Did I step outside the normal paradigm of our current experience.

A few months ago, I was watching a show on Parallel Universes where Dr. Michio Kaku was being interviewed. Then a friend walked in and said "Shit, that dude is crazy."
To me he's not crazy, he's a genius with an incredible potential to think outside of the box.
The average person never fully seems to understand the highly intelligent. The minute you deviate from their frame of thinking, you are "crazy." Without imagination we are nothing.

I have a theory about parallel universes, Atoms are combined in a specific order to build the universe,for example:123 123 and you get this universe,if we change the order: 213 213 you get another universe.I gave for example 3 numbers which can be combined multiple times but what if you think about an infinite amount of numbers which give an infinite amount of combinations and so an infinite amount of universes.To travel to an another universe we need to change the combination of our atoms.

It's not a Theory, it's a Hypothesis. There are reasons to suspect it to be true but a lot more evidence is needed to make it a proper Theory. The problem is how to go about testing it. The LHC could help.
They aren't 100% sure it exists.
There's no way that time could be relative, and yet that's exactly what it is. There was no way time travel could be possible and yet it is.
I think "String theory" could be be true, I don't know, but it's the only thing we have atm.

True, it might never be proven.
The strange thing with infinity, as I understand it, is that there would be an infinite amount of universes where you weren't born and an infinite amount of universes where you were born. There would also be an infinite amount of universes exactly like this one but with one less grain of sand on earth, and 2 less grains and so on. And an infinite amount of universes with no sand (or planets) at all.
