  • 240p... we meet again

  • Wow, I've always thought I didn't have the brain to understand science. And this documentary, amongst many other things, has proved just that. I keep watching though, it's wonderfully interesting! I hope it's all true!

  • see i love science, but this is where it loses me

this seems a little to much like sci fi

im sorry, science FTW and all,but i cant seem to believe this

  • @coltsrule5150 This is all fact, just because you cant wrap your tinny little brain around this, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

  • Lol I watch the show fringe.. got me go intrestested in this...

  • Why do Prepubescents visit here to use the comments like the bathroom wall of there favorite place to vandalize?

You bitch like old women about a narrative accent? what is this ? 6th grade playground?

Put a feminin nappy on that gusher you cretonous pond scumdumb morons! the smegg is flingin off your lip's! and you write a insult as about as effective as a pillow fluffing! why bother? Old women have more impressive bluster and scorn .. better grammer. insurance , etc anyway! great info, lol

  • Did the Japanese base their Cyber-human on this person?... I have seen him before but he looked less animated.

  • String theory is right.

  • damn ... I hate british accent

  • @MusicAndParkour I hate your grammar. Dumb yank

  • @DerrenBrown100 I am Czech dude

  • @MusicAndParkour Really? I hate american accent. And french accent.

  • @MusicAndParkour

    I hates your typing accent.

    -2 internetz for you

  • @1penguin99 oh my this thing are really interesting i am a a huge fan of prof.michoiu kaku

  • Check out my video Parallel Universes 9 on my channel. Merkabah invites you to explore myriads of universes. The negative partials of the anti-universe keeps you locked in time and space. The Merkabah removes the negative partials of the anti-universe so you can travel to Parallel Universes . Thus in Merkabah flight is through the many Parallel Universes, Merkabah the light energy vehicle through rotational circum version, creating threshold configuration with its power :)o*o

  • but if holocaust denial is illegal, so should be a guy who says there is a good possibility that it doesn't matter what you don't do, because you will do it anyway, the most awful thing about it is that Michio Kaku most probably just does this for his wallet en maybe fame.

Tegmark is one big liar, you don't have to look very hard with his ridiculous polls that 'aren't scientific' have a ridiculous small irrelevant group (workshops, open meetings), and people voting twice, and they still aren't

  • in fact you are no better when you are atheist and believe in this shit, then you are when you are religious, Michio Kaku has made so many preposterous conflicting statements he is (if there ever is a official) official crackpot. Face it, he says quantum theory has proven free will, but then says many-worlds interpretation has ethical implications that when you don't do something here, you will do it in a parallel universe, so criminals are maybe aloud to do anything), I'm for freedom of speech

  • I've conducted a poll about many-worlds interpretation with famous physicists, these are the outcomes C: 18 (reject)

    D: 7 (don't know yet)

A: 1 (yes, but not physical)

b: 2 (1 yes, but didn't thought it meant parallel universes, or copies, but just the unitary evolution of the wave function, 1 yes

currently there is no noble laureate who says he believes in this theory (in any form that involves copies, etc). It's to bad that people try to defend nonsense, with there right atheism as argument

  • i blowe evey

  • Its to bad all the beautiful scientific breakthroughs being made get roped into a over the top religious debate. Its just a shame. the people who are making these discoveries don't care about your religious comments. if your just relax they might come up with a theory that you may find more comfortable in believing in because it would be a real theory.

  • i believe in god and that jesus died on the cross, but their are some things the bible simply leaves out, or hide in text. Just think; was the comos (universe- Multiverse) discused in the bible or coron?

  • When Scientist discoveers somthing to the human knoledge for the first time, Religions shoudnt get mad for it is an act of god. When cristians and other religions question science what they fail to know is that they contradict everything their book stand for. In those books god infact claims responsibility for everything. Dont think you just know it isnt supposed to happen. Just add it to your beliefs for it was proven. Scientists doesnt impress god. He made it possible for them to find

  • There is a such thing as God and God is a entity that does in fact exist. Human (scientist refuse to include god in their csalculations and theories because of hteir findings, God not only governs us but he governs the whole multiverse. jesus was our messenger just as he sent messengers to everyone. Jesus may not be white, its just that humans arrogense exists. Someone created such a biz place. We fail to give god credit for its creation. Science is only discovering things that God allows us too

  • @TheEagpro2 Brilliant insight! The big bang created all that is seen. The big bang contained information and intelligence..our universe, in fact. This information and intelligence came from an intelligent "designer" or it wouldn't be as it obviously is. FINELY TUNED for life on earth. "Science" will never come up with the "theory of everything". Especially if it leaves out the Creator of everything. They will come up with ANY "theory" just to deny God. Theories? But no real answers.

  • Hey rocky

  • Hey rocky

  • If we insist that parrallel universes exist accordng to Quantum Physics, then we need to discard Bohr's Copenhagen Interpretation and generalize that every possible outcomes that exist in a quantum superposition happen if not in one universe, then another. If this is true, then in one universe, Hitler won WWII, another dinosaurs may be existing, and so many possibilities you can think of..

  • Michio kaku's sexy....

  • to me i think parallel universes is based on timelines and personalities for example Abraham Linclon is honest but in a different universe he is a liar

  • few people understand scientific theories yet the most say that the theories are irrelevant. They are mostly religious.

  • @jeffrs007 Without statistical evidence you have no proof thus shouldn't be saying that.

  • utterly difficult . YAP PURE BRITISH

  • 20 people couldn't understand what they were talking about for 8:56

  • @036827 LOL yeah I wasn't bothered enough to correct it. But is that the only responce you have seriously?

  • Comment removed

  • @036827 Um mathamatics is the only real proof by defenition. Just because its beyond your mind of comprehentions doesn't make it nonsence. To you obviously it is. But there are also people who believe our existance was because of a god and we where created, now thats nonsence.

  • @AntiCreationism Um religion is the only real proof by belief in one or more higher beings. Just because its beyond your mind of comprehencions doesn't make it nonsense. You should at least believe in a being(s) / thing greater than humans. I am a scientifical human who believes in christianity. I believe in God and Jesus, but I respect people from other religions as well. They have faith and believe in a higher item/being. Just at least try to find something.

  • @StratahG Um actually every Relion is a joke. I can prove it, and I CAN comprehend that all is religion is bullshit, that is why I know there is no such thing as a god. Lets take the flood and Noah's Ark for one pathetic example, since your Christian. If you think that the flood actually happended and that story of Noah's Ark to be true then your the one with comprehension problems not me....and thats just one BS story out of hundreds of others.

  • @AntiCreationism Why are you so angry and hostile? I'm sure you get bugged to death by Christians, but if you don't want to have this conversation time and time again just ignore it. Anyways, thats not a comprehension problem obviously or I wouldn't believe it. I want to have your permission to ask you a question so tell me in your next comment if thats cool with you. You also only need to put "@whoever" once to reply to them, not 3 consecutive times.

  • @036827 I'm with you... and no. There are certain things that they have concluded simply because there is no better explanation... however that is how science works. For instance Newton Dynamics are considered to be the best explanation on dynamics, however sientifics know it is wrong, for it breaks under certain circunstances and that is when other theories come up. This as all theories on reality is a work in progress, those that say that science can explain reality do not understand science.

  • @036827 how is it nonsense, how is it dumb? The theories are proposed by men and women who have bravely dedicated years to the science. The more deeper the mathematics take them them the more stranger the places become. we don't live in a cookie cutter universe. so stop expecting it to be a certain way. i feel sorry for you and your simpleness.

  • In my opinion even universes as suitable for life as ours and even planets with water like in ours would most likely not see life form, I think life forms completely randomly initially hence the odds of life forming even in a universe similar to ours is so high than only a fraction of these universe see life form.

But with an infinite number of universes, this will happen and thanks to Panspermia life in our universe spread from one single far away planet to others including ours.

  • @036827 you're right. we're born, we live, and we die. cause when you think about it, it all makes a lot of sense to you right?

  • I wonder if Michio Kaku is paid to appear in this documentary.........

  • @pbzkfdt11 I don't get it :S lol

  • If this theory is true there's so much amazing realizations such as where did the first universe in the Multiverse come from? or was it just forever lasting with no beginning? if so how does this work?

  • someone post this in hi def !

  • This is real, just like in your dreams. You dreamt that you can fly, you dreamt that you see orange clouds and surroundings , you dreamt that you are in your home but not the same what it looks including your neighbors. THAT IS BECAUSE YOU HAVE A VERSION OF YOURSELF IN THE OTHER WORLDS WHICH LIKELY COMMUNICATED WITH YOU THRU TELEPATHY WHEN YOU HAPPEN TO FALL ASLEEP SINCE YOUR MIND IS AT REST. AND THOSE WORLDS WHICH I BELIEVE ARE PARALLEL TO OUR PLANET .

  • less dramatic music please!

  • Imagine if Elvis Presley is still alive in a parallel universe and dead in our universe as we know he's dead. Now think... there he is alive married and happy with his wife and a new born baby. MICHIO KAKU says that anything that we have in our world there are in the parallel world. Well.. Could anyone explain me please how his new born baby would appear in our world. By magic or what......

  • @jammeslima Every event can be seen as a root branching off into every possible outcome. In this universe, he happened to have died, so we will never witness him again.

  • If Parallel Universes exist and God doesn't then in 99.99999% there's no human race, we must be really lucky to live here then. And then there's definitely no Universe even close to ours.

  • @evilijo No, the Parallel Universe theory they are speaking of here is the universal wave function I believe, meaning that our universe is in every possible state, and all are equally real. In other words, everything than can happen is happening, and everything that ever could happen has happened.

  • too much clarinet!! damn!

  • this is junk science hogwash bafoonery science fiction bullshit

  • @Gaffer213 Oh, it's science fiction just because you can't understand it? Once again, some one criticizes that which have no understanding about.

  • @bizzyb1999 go read your crack pot scifi novels

  • @Gaffer213 What about them is crazy? Can you provide any inconsistent data or experiments that are ineffective? If not, then keep your criticism to yourself.

  • @bizzyb1999 shut up bitch this is junk science that acomplishes nothing

  • @Gaffer213 It accomplishes something, it isn't contained to your ignorant frame of thinking. So once again, provide a adequate reason that this is 'junk science'.

  • YES MICHIO KAKU

  • Some scientists are saying the faster than light neutrino didn't break the light speed rule but took a shortcut through hyperspace and if so this pretty much proves higher dimensions and parallel universes :D the truth arrives.

  • "t is also not the only model physicists have of the universe. It's simply the one popularized in the media." Yeah no SHIT. It's popularized by the media and now every other person who watches the discovery channel thinks its more or less a reality, simply because physicists "say so". You're the one who doesn't even seem to acknowledge my point.. these physicists are way the fuck off with their theories of everything because you cannot have a theory of the universe which excludes CONCIO...

  • So let me get this right, scientists think there could be an infinite number of universes giving an infinite number of possibilities? So to put it simply scientists are literally saying that god could exist... As if you have an infinite number of possibilities, then one of those possibilities is god...

  • @oshirowanen No, anything with a non zero probability would exist, most physicists would say a god is impossible.

  • @bizzyb1999 youre a clown

  • @Gaffer213 How is that?

  • @oshirowanen Not necessarily, anything with a non-zero probability exists in an alternate universe. It doesn't mean that everything happens, but everything that can happen does happen.

  • The video image made me laugh. Thats the only reason why im here. Ive already seen this.

  • In a parallel universe another species evolved to become the dominant speices in intelligent than humans and u and me are but in cages squished up with no freedom or rights or any1 to show care and then were slaughtered and eaten and consumed by this other species, if u believe in this theory, what I said is true.

So if u disagree with the other species acts then u must disagree with what we are doing to animals. this is a significant ethical reason which is purely real to become vegeterian.

  • @deanmullen10 If we aren't an intelligent species, I don't see a problem with them using us as a food source.

  • @bizzyb1999 why though? people often say intelligence is what matters but like babys & mentally disabled people feel just as much pain as the smartest of people? and dogs feel pain as much as us as far as we can tell, you don't have to understand the pain you experience to determine how vivid it is? maybe I'm wrong but what do you mean when your saying that intelligence is what matters? I'm not angry just wondering

  • @deanmullen10 Because the great deal of complications that comes with slaughtering a intelligent life form, sort of like how when Jews were put in concentration camps, many of them were aware of what was happening, and that is horrifying part to me. While I can say it is rather disturbing how some animals are slaughtered, at least they don't understand what is happening.

While I can say it is rather disturbing how some animals are slaughtered, at least they don't understand what is happening.

  • @bizzyb1999 I see but I just think in general its unneccesary to take lives for mere pleasure but anyway free to our opinions unless big change in ideas starts 2 happen.

  • @bizzyb1999 I think animals can feel things better than we can

  • @scepticpatriot How so?

  • @bizzyb1999 I mean they rely more on their feelings (or instinct) than on intelligence. for example: the elephants wich went to higher ground before the big tsunami in south east asia, they can feel when something will happen.

  • @scepticpatriot They can sense something, I don't necessarily think that means they have more sensitive nerve endings. If they aren't intelligent enough to comprehend what's going on, I don't see it as such a huge deal.

  • @bizzyb1999 right, but I mean they can feel it when they are going to die

  • @deanmullen10 if you are a veg you are killing plants, they may not have feelings or emotions but they are alive

  • @VdubThomas exactly that's why I don't think its a problem to kill plants as they are not conscious, do not feel pain, they have no thoughts, no feelings, I support the life of sentient beings but not all living things simply because they are alive, that is following a principle as the way to go about things but in my opinion no principle is ultimately true, so one has to focus on each part of the principle now if it was unnecessary to kill plants to survive I would not support it.

  • @deanmullen10 theres a parallel universe in which plants evolved intellegence and they cultivate animals(including us) so that they can be slaughtered and eaten...so im guessing your going to starve now???stfu..i didnt climb my way to the top of the food chain to eat grass..

  • @225740amaury I accept your point about plants reaching the top of the food chain in another universe so I retract some parts of my statement but I still hold my idea that eating animals is unnecessary but were entitled to our own opinion.

  • @deanmullen10 yes i agree with you, but why is it wrong for us to eat animals more efficiently, and its ok for a lion to eat a hippo?

  • @225740amaury I just think its unnecessary for humans to consume animals on the basis that we are intelligencer's enough to realize that we don't have to eat them, I guess I am asking for a lot as humanity has yet to re-pay nature back for all the trouble we've caused it and I'm taking a leap that humanity will perform a random good deed to let stop killing species bt its also bad for us if your mass producing these animals then all the water spent on these animals could have gone to poor people

  • @deanmullen10 never gonna happen. Its all about MONEY in this world. Humans are scum. We need to be nuked back into the stoneage,

  • Umm...This mind sound real stupid to you guys, but, do Scientists know for sure that Parallel Universes exist? Or are they hypothetically speaking ?

  • @figgywurmack define matter for me. if you can't do it take back your comment

  • they thought matter was made of particles and now strings. and what are these strings made of? matter? the final matter? matter is made of perception. physchics today is a joke because they fail to acknowledge this age old fact. Materialists n00bs..hahahah

  • @soldatheero thats a retarded comment

  • @soldatheero Um, that's just a theory that someone came up with because the math looks pretty. It does not have the *excuse the pun* weight that a theory like gravity has because it cannot be tested.

It is also not the only model physicists have of the universe. It's simply the one popularized in the media.

Learn the f*ck what you are talking about next time, please.

  • @soldatheero Strings are fundamental, so it is impossible to give definition to what they are made of, since they are the final constituent of everything.

  • this is one of the most intriguing subjects ever

  • Dayum, Michio Kaku is purley awsome, hands down my favorite physicist, the man is a genious and he figure skates like such a badass.

everything the man says is so fascinating to me

  • If the Universe is made up of strings that vibrates perfectly and harmonically in such a manner that they are tied to one another, from the smaller to the bigger one. Shouldn't it be the case that to find out the real nature of the small ones, the one you can't see, it would make a lot of sense to follow the big ones and by reverse engineer reconstruct the whole universe from top to bottom?

  • what this means is that a criminal of this universe has a copy of himself/herself in another universe that is a hero, and a hero of this universe is a criminal in another so could this be a reason to reconsider criticism or hatred towards individuals whom perform unethical or wrong actions? as they may just be unlucky to be living out the life of a bad person with no real true power of their actions overall.

  • LOOK UP FOR MICHEL DESMARQUET ON YOUTUBE PLEASE. THANK YOU !

  • Imagine there could be a paralell universe without justin bieber.

  • @JordoF6 according to astronomical science, there are infinite numbers of parallel universes that every type of scenario has happened before... dinosaurs have never been extincted, the nazis won world war 2, elvis presley is still alive today. so yes there is a very high chance that another parallel universe that has no justin bieber! at least that he didnt get discovered or something. lol

  • Comment removed

  • people will find everything in right place if they combine the theory of parallel universes and dark matter!..coz the other version of you is in the dark universe made of dark matter and energy ...i suppose thats how it is!! anyway who cares about my ideas..im a mere kid of 17!

  • @mymetalwarrior im 16 here, and i find this stuff very interesting

  • @AgentOrange502 ....if u keep on with that interest..some day we will meet in real!

  • Nikola Tesla once said that he is glad that science gone in the wrong way as soon as science took the way of theory of relativity way... even thou Tesla was never said that theory of relativity was wrong, it was an wrong sign that lead us at wrong path...

  • Actually that is misleading thinking, parallel universes can explain "time" only, in real world, there is no such thing as space or time, so "at one place at time" is impossible, but that's just mine opinion :), there is only one u, no two of u, but missing particles explain "time" and your possibility to move from hand, all down to smallest (where small and big do not exist). So tnx to quantum behavior of particles we get ability to move = time lol

  • the worry I have about this and I have thought about it for a long time, our conscious universe works on logic and from say stone age, logic was a very narrow view of perspective, as we get to the present, it widen say from a simple stone falling it the water to 3D images on a square box. but for the future what will logic bring to us as it becomes more and more fantasized, what I'm trying to say is what if it becomes logic for the earth to turn out to be a giant football.

  • Could the parallel universes of Hugh Everett and the multiple dimension of String Theory be future possibilities of what might happen within our one three dimensional Universe? A dynamic Universe that we can interact with creating our own future!

  • And that's how Taylor found the planet of the apes :3

  • NOO! Damnit why'd you cut off the video like that!

  • Thumbs up if you're watching this in 2012.

  • @zetsu75 Why do you bother writing things like that?? Is your life really that empty that you seek thumbs up on yt?... Go play with the trafic..

  • @zetsu75 How about, a thumbs up your ass, and a flag for spam.

  • when I die im going to have to give god props for making such a complex rubix cube of a universe

  • Mindfuck.

  • send me to the universe where Al Gore is president

  • @noper12345 Why? Are you worried about the ManBearPig? Trust me Al Gore's got everything under control, cause he is super serial.

  • @Playster3 hope your right... :) South Park FTW!

  • @noper12345 Al Gore is a hero. EXCELSIOR!!!

  • I do however believe that there might exist many parallel universes alongside ours and I believe that some of those universes are colliding with ours sometimes and that's why people see the Loch Ness Monster in Scotland for example or Bigfoot or even aliens. I think they're all creatures from the parallel universe, that's why nobody has ever found any physical evidence of Loch Ness Monster or Bigfoot cause they just disappear back to that parallel universe without leaving any trace.

  • Comment removed

  • @Playster3

i even belive god is from another universe.

I think he (she? it?) comes from a universe where he is in 100% full contact with the life he has created. Part of the communications might have bled through into our own and we got them.

Perhaps we really do have a god, but we cant contact him and we cant get any proof of his existence.

Parrallel universes, allows the imagination to run free

  • @AthelStanVideos Yea it's real exciting and kinda scary to think about stuff like that, isn't it? It's just so mindblowing!

  • @AthelStanVideos Oh btw, if you really wanna see something that will blow your mind then type into Youtube search the words "Quantum suicide" and then watch the first video on the list.

  • The complete opposite version of our universe would be...absolutely NOTHING...there wouldn't exist anything, just blank.

  • @Playster3 that's not true.

  • @pgrcool Why not? The opposite of exsistence would be nonexistence. Don't you agree?

  • @Playster3 well i suppose that could be one theory. but i believe that it's the opposite action and reaction. not just the opposite of our existance. for example. i come to a fork in the road. i decide to go left. there is a opposite and parallel universe where i would have decided to go right instead. thus leading to a new chain of events.

  • Does this mean there is world where everything is ANIME ? :D!?

  • This is interesting, and I'll concede we don't have the sensory apparatus to experience any other Universe other than the one we are experiencing now, but in regards to dreams, I had one where I downed a bottle of Absinthe and was drunk staggering down a sidewalk. Did I step outside the normal paradigm of our current experience.

  • A few months ago, I was watching a show on Parallel Universes where Dr. Michio Kaku was being interviewed. Then a friend walked in and said "Shit, that dude is crazy."

To me he's not crazy, he's a genius with an incredible potential to think outside of the box.

The average person never fully seems to understand the highly intelligent. The minute you deviate from their frame of thinking, you are "crazy." Without imagination we are nothing.

  • @TwistedMind6969

    Well said

  • @TwistedMind6969 The masses have always been lethargic. They have always resisted Greatness, for it is beyond them to even comprehend Greatness.

  • @TwistedMind6969 hmm we cant help that, humans have a instinct to hate what they don't understand, knowledge conquers fear! so if one day a really clever person comes round we might say he's mad but in actual fact he's a genius, and we'll just lock him up in a mad house

  • @TwistedMind6969 The average person disgusts me and causes me great anger because they ridicule me because they refuse to leave their ignorance, forget debating, no.....rejection.

  • @TwistedMind6969 Finally someone intelligent has something to say about this documentary, somehow 90 percent of the people missed that in the start of this doc they said everything your about to hear is true, and that top nations from around the world are throwing millions of dollars into finding more about this, its a project called CERN, the most expensive largest and most sensitive science experiment ever created to find a single particle to prove this theory.

  • I have a theory about parallel universes, Atoms are combined in a specific order to build the universe, for example:123 123 and you get this universe,if we change the order: 213 213 you get another universe.I gave for example 3 numbers which can be combined multiple times but what if you think about an infinite amount of numbers which give an infinite amount of combinations and so an infinite amount of universes. To travel to an another universe we need to change the combination of our atoms.

  • @bogdi095 Impressive.

  • 1 small event can change the entire couse of history.

  • Crowbar...Mesa...Breen...Freeman...Xen, does these words sound familar somewhere to you??

  • What if mirrors are just parallel universes? A parallel us looking back out? xD

  • @davisstdude Oh wait... they are...

  • @davisstdude

yes.. and what if every imagination, fantasy, thought of ours is something actually happening in another parallel universe

  • @tjxkid More or less... the universe is amazing.

  • If i had the same thought process and knew as much as Einstein....My brain would explode and leak out of my ears...

  • god i cant believe that i have lived out so many possibilities in these different universes it is an amazing feeling that there is just so much more out there than we are led to believe life is just such a beautiful mystery :)

  • good theory but lets be honest its a load of shit cmon wake up another universe where there is another me lol and elvis lives in anothe universe ye ye this is so stupid im nt even going to carry on watchin the next parts waste of time i watched this out of curiousity but wasting my time good theory but omg i just find it more amazing tht ppl believe it everybody has diffrent views but this is 2 far fetched its like back to the future science fiction bull shit

  • @cymroocymru

    The universe is strange

  • @RPFS2008 yes it is strange but honestly this parallel universe isnt even proven its just a theory but these scientists are chatting about it like they are a 100 percent sure it exists i mean omg its just this is wht happens in movies there is no way it can be real if it is real its so fucked up i mean how do u feel about this? do u think its true or do u think they need more proof or i mean i dnt get it they dnt have proof so how can they be so sure tht there is another universe another us ???

  • @cymroocymru

It's not a Theory, it's a Hypothesis. There are reasons to suspect it to be true but a lot more evidence is needed to make it a proper Theory. The problem is how to go about testing it. The LHC could help.

They aren't 100% sure it exists.

There's no way that time could be relative, and yet that's exactly what it is. There was no way time travel could be possible and yet it is.

I think "String theory" could be be true, I don't know, but it's the only thing we have atm.

  • @RPFS2008 well it might never be proven thats the thing mayby it will but i seriously doubt tht it will be proven and another tht dsnt make sense is there are some universes tht we dnt exist but another where we all have a copy but if all of us have a copy and all of us dnt exist in one universe then how does tht make sense there will be a universe with nobody in it haha cause all of us have a copy and in some we aint born haha i hope tht makes sense to u because i cant make sense of it

  • @cymroocymru

True, it might never be proven.

The strange thing with infinity, as I understand it, is that there would be an infinite amount of universes where you weren't born and an infinite amount of universes where you were born. There would also be an infinite amount of universes exactly like this one but with one less grain of sand on earth, and 2 less grains and so on. And an infinite amount of universes with no sand (or planets) at all.
