Is it racist? Yeah, it is. But take it in context people. Back when this cartoon was made (back in 1941), these stereotypes and depictions of blacks where acceptable. No one's saying it's ok, but we did lots of things back then that we admit today are wrong (like the use of asbestos and lead paint). Can't we just be mature about this?
