The Challenge chart is like the Heavy chart, but beefed up. It's exactly like comparing a Hyper to an Another (IIDX). The first part is sweet, even though it doesn't go to anything. The jumps at the end can suck it, though.
The only real differences I have spotted between the Hard, and Expert charts is the first 400 BPM section, Hard is just Quarter Notes, but the Expert chart is a whole mess of syncopation and 8th triplets, and at that speed, it literally scares Monolith, and makes Vertex^2 a little WTFish.

The only differences I found between heavy and challenge were the one jump at the end, and the f'd up but not particularly difficult beginning.
The chart in this video, while MUCH harder than both, in my opinion, fits the music a whole lot better than Konami's
