Written over 1500 years and by 40 authors and still agreeing on values, meaning, direction - you cant just diescredit that and 20.000 manuscripts which confirm the Bible by writing your jazz on youtube.

Though Schaeffer's analysis of the confused human condition is on target, he so willfully distorts/leaves out critical historical junctures contradicting his presentation of the "absolute truth of the Bible/God" that it is frightening. There is nothing in the Bible that is clear or consistent -- because it comprises a record of HUMAN expression contentiously assembled by a fortuitous collection of HUMANS who chose only that which they knew RELATIVE to where they lived and what they experienced.
This is the same kind of thinking involved in radical islamist jihad and the imposition of Sharia law on nonbelievers. It is a radical politicization of fundamentalist Protestant Christianity. You are either with us or against us. you are either righteous or evil. It inevitably leads to extremism, hatred, and violence. It's GARBAGE. Think for yourself. That's why you have a brain.

Glad to see this. It's quite influential even today even if one don't agree. I watched this because I understand Michele Bachmann likes this.
I'd love to see an annotated version, not necessarily supporting or in opposition but with some updates. A lot has happened since this was made.
