God, the interview is terribly shot. Shadows in the eyes, on the cheeks, framed off at the neck... and why shoot him against such a tall arm chair? Some background wouldn't have hurt. The brown is even too similar to his skin. I'd have shot Stanley with a broad soft on the right to eliminate highlights, a catcher with barns above it for glint in the eyes, some gentle fill from the lower left, and a subtle rim to outline his right side.
