@leopardprintchlo I had the same problem, just charge your battery for about 1 hour and try again. If this doesnt work press both the home and the on/off switch for 10 seconds. Good luck

@rumpoxp naa i reckon blackra1ns alright. its actually the same thing, and you get two others besides cydia. the only problem is that the new blackra1n hasnt come out yet and the ipt3 3.1.3 doesnt work at all on the old version. also, spirit is brand new...i think they are both good, but in the end it is a matter of opinnion

No it doesn't. When they first made spirit it did delete the pictures. Just make sure you BACK your iPhone up..

Well, I used Spirit on my wife's BlackRa1n tethered jailbroken iPhone 3GS ... Now her phone is bricked. I know how to restore it and all, BUT ... she has SO MANY family photos & videos on it .. she's gonna cut me off for a year if I don't get those photos back ... any ideas?? @mbryan718 well, u can do as my friend did.. but mby u will loose the pics, try to w8 until the battery is out and then use spirit :s, or if u dont want to loose anything on a blackrain ipod touch/iphne, u can press "make it rain" when your iphone is in "reboot mode"

@bogellenong U dont have to.. but its highly recommended. If you have no network its okay. But if you have a network you should turn it off. I had my ipod confiscated from apple in west Edmonton mall for having it jailbroken by blackra1n and it was downgraded from 3.1.3 to 3.1.2. so yea better to have it off. some apps require it on though.
